I trimmed my stock bumper following your instructions. It came out great!!! The only thing I did different from your instructions was that I cut the end caps first while the bumper was still intact and then cut the leftover part. That saved me the clamping down of the end cap to form it and trim it. Thanks for posting the video of your work as it was the push I needed to do my bumper.

Thanks for the video. I used push pins to make it look cleaner than screws. I used a dremel to clean the cuts so door trim wasn't needed. The video helped with what to expect.

Well done! I had debated doing the same but my bumper was damaged! I'll keep it in mind for the next project! I love a low budget hack! Looks great!
