I just got the wind knocked out of me for the first time when I hit my bike on the mailbox. I feel stomach first and I found it really hard to breathe. Nothing was damaged internally, but my vision started to get filled with green stars and my ears started to go muffled. After that, I started breathing. To calm myself down, I laid on the grass and inhaled and exhaled. Then I felt better and I biked back home to heal the wounds. And that all happened less than an hour ago after commenting this. In 2nd grade, we were playing American football in recess, and one of the defenders charged at me with full force (probably at 5-7mph) and hit me in my solar plexus with his shoulder. It just feels like inhaling then just not being able to let go of the air, which made it worse. I also blacked out for 2 minutes according to my teachers and friends

i remember in middle school we had a rare free time in PE class and someone threw a football (american football) and i happened to get in the way and it hit my abdomen hard and i fell and was winded hard. it did not hurt though
I came here after hearing Glenn Beck say that once you get older you just dont get the wind knocked out of you anymore. My conclusion was yeah, it happens once maybe twice and learn not to land flat on your back AND not to put yourself in a scenario where you would land flat on your back.
I just tripped and winded myself somehow and my mom was in the bathroom across my room I litterly thought I was gonna die and I rushed over to the bathroom and started banging on the door and rubbed some ointment on my back when I lay on my back it fells like im dying

Car accident. I Flipped my car three times and landed upside down. Lost consciousness. Horrible pain from the front through to the back. One year later and I’m still in so much pain!
What’s worst and what’s harder to preform the solar plexus shot or liver shot?
I would definitely say a liver shot. Both are painful though
@@oprahsgran5989 the liver is a bigger spot to hit tho
this ws helpful
I wasn’t exactly hit in the solar plexus but fell right into someone’s foot, I was running out side and some people were sitting down on the floor and I tripped over one guys foot and he other door top dug into my solar plexus, what sucks was I was on the floor for about 4 minutes and they left me there and left.
1st:at school when playing football someone threw a bullet right in between my ribs
2nd:at recess someone put they arm out and it hit my neck.
3rd: idk how it happened but when I tried to catch a football my friend did to and we hit each others sides
I learned today that it is also known as the city of jewles. Referring to the chakra.

When I was at a horse show, a little girl fell off her horse and got the wind knocked out of her. It was really scary to watch.

Once I fell down the stairs with my lower back and my breath stopped for a few seconds maybe for 10 seconds or more
I could not even breathe an air molecule it was the scariest moment of my life …
Great lesson

My 6 year old and I just watched this video after I pretended to dagger myself in the chest for dramatics but inadvertently punched myself in the solar plexus 😂
IAM FACING THE ATTACKS...WHATS THE BEST SOLUTION
Wow I honesty thought I was learning something lol
I once had a cousin throw the sharp end of a pillow directly into my solar plexus. He won.
I remember getting hit in the solar plexus at my kickboxing gym, not a fun experience.
this happened to me a few times when I was a kid, never again.. I'm good.
It's unstoppable in fighting, you get hit there it's over.
I got the wind knocked out of me it was scary
Ella Frenzel Ikr my dad acted like I was fine when I couldn’t breath for what felt like hours and it was on my spine 😱😱😰😰
It's like the scariest thing
Its scary the first time it happend
It’s really not that scary. As long as you keep saying you can breathe you’re fine.
The first time is always the worst. Then you understand what’s happening. It still hurts like a bitch but its not so scary
Going through it now 😫
What if you get shot in the solar plexus
I didn't just get hit, someone slept on my solar plexus for a while and now I can't regulate my breathing easily
does it still work on heavier folks with guts? im not being a smartass swear!
