This kind of training really beneficial in the long run..safer since you dont have to really use extreme weight and by moving from one exercise to another , you re burning fats as well.

Sarcev, never became Mr. Olympia, I don't even think he ever really came that close. But without a doubt, in my opinion, he is the best trainer that came out of that 90's Camp. I don't think anybody from that time can train like this guy.

I had a cheeky meeting with Sonny after he guessed posed at a show in Wellington, NZ 😍 Sonny walked out from showers and was just me and him in the hallway 😂😂😂 we just smiled at each other, but later on after the show I was sitting with my partner at the time, in the audience and Sonny walked past us stared straight at me and gave me another cheeky smile and a heads up .....😂😂😂 I was a spunky 21 year old smiling ear from ear 😂👍🏽 that early 90s ....great memories of 90s era Bodybuilding. We got to have legs.... Its a visit in hell if you doing it corecct...me avoided legs for 3.years...got problems whit shoulder and could not train upper body as hard i wanted so i started get serious whit leg training... I do the hacksquat, legpress, curls for hamstrings and shaping movements... The body is like a tree or house.. You must have the strong foundation or ground to get bigg on upper body to... Its nice to look like johnny. Bravo. But not for bodybuilding... Milos is one of the best trainers in world.. He get involved 100%in your training.. And he deserves the sucess in al... Bless you al out there.. Train hard and safe.. Sergio have the winner physic long time.. 💪🕺🙏

So your answer is not right I think. This video is 10 minutes of a sequence unsustainable by a natural athlete, especially if all the exercises you propose are brought to failure. In the past I have proposed to some athletes very similar workouts to these number of exercises and do not need much in terms of growth because a natural has a different ability to recover not only tendon muscle but also organic and snc, so it can only be proposed to those who can support such a session and in any case not always

I would say workout short intense workouts, not marathon workouts, but then again everyone is different with different capacity to build muscle. I followed bodybuilding for years and still exercise. Went in some local shows and quickly saw where bodybuilding was heading. BTW, always thought you had a great physique among the competition.
