What was the budget on this build?
I see you post a lot of these barndo tours , but I never see a builder mentioned. I am in the OKC area and looking to build one but having trouble finding builders. If you have any you could refer that would be awesome.

@@ParagonRidgeRanch the whole house was very nice. Have two full baths right across from each other is weird but if its needed then hey roll with it. The master bedroom with that huge closet was super nice. Having a laundry/mud room is very essential in those neck of the woods

I dont remember, the floorplans are in several parts of the video, the kitchen is in the same room as the living so it might not show on the plans.

It looked to me as a white subway tile turned vertical (they grout had not been cleaned off yet) and a black honeycomb on the floor;)

I’m so excited I found this! I’m currently building a 50x50 barndominum with a 10ft wrap around porch 14 ft in the air. This gave me a really good idea what to expect. Do you happen to know the roof pitch and wall height on this?

💕♥️🌸🦋🦋🦋 Log homes are very Beautiful, in the sense of culture it brings a strong statement! (BarnD.) homes are too but they have more light and are very spacious! I think Barn homes are more wide to space and depending on what you want they have a luminous light! of entrance and all the rooms vs. wood 🪵 is more thick, it’s too different designs, now after seeing this (BarnH) It’s going to be a difficult decision, log homes are very sensuous and more like me ♥️. What would be an acute choice for me, that works for my lifestyle and to protect my future and the children I have. 💕💕💕💕💕🌸♥️🦋🦋

How loud would you say they are during a heavy rain
No noise at all. Mine has vinyl back insulation and then spray closed cell. There is no noise:)

The estimate would be at $150 per square foot, not including land, shop, prep, foundation. Cost per sq ft deeply depends on the personal choices of finishes;)

The furniture is from a western specialty furniture store, I will ask them on the light, not sure if they made it themselvesl :)

Yes 50x50 is 2500 sq ft. That is interior only. Plus they extended the master, so it’s more then 2500 square foot.
I personally think IF YOU got so many clothes to fill a closet that big, Y'ALL JUST GOT TO MANY CLOTHES! LOL... Honestly how much clothes does a personally really need?
I can't imagine having enough clothes to fill a closet that size. I would think it would be mind boggling having too many choices on what to wear.
But that's just me I'm a simple minded guy. I hate having to make too many big choices. Especially like what I'm going to wear tomorrow. So with only a few bits of choices it's easy. I'm a older biker so it's simple for me jeans and a tee shirt, which I have more of them than I really need... LOL...
Now many years back when I was in business I had 5 pair of slacks, 5 dress shirts, 3 ties, and 4 sport coats. Keeping it simple... LOL
So for me that closet is way too big... BUT AGAIN that's just my personal opinion...

Everyone loves different things, blue is accent, wood and white are standard.

Why no subtitles
you have to manually enter all subtitles. If you click the CC button on the screen you will be able to read it:) I have to do that for all videos myself :)

the master shower tile looks like it's just white subway tile (large size). Looks like the grout hasn't been cleaned off yet.
