Yooo thanks for having me on Tim this was a super fun video to make. It's been a few months now and some of those beach and park sessions were so good. Cheers to the rope
The coolest thing about swinging the rope is you will always find a cat somewhere that will watch you swinging it, seems everywhere you go there's a cat that's mesmerized by it haha
Yes! Thanks guys, great content, "as always"! I've started with the rope after your previous collaboration, and I've been having a blast since then, at least 5 minutes, almost every day. It's a great plus that you can pick it up even for a few minutes, it's a nice way to loosen up, and gain some fluidity between rounds of sitting (or squatting) before the screen and managing the kids. And it sucked me right in because it's *So Much Fun*! I'm practically giggling after sessions. You both got me moving good, and I'm grateful for that.
This is the best stuff i have tried so far for my back amd shoulders but also hips. I have been hooked since october, practising 30mn 3-4 times a week as a warm up or workout hy itself
Waiting for the part 2 of your app Tim, I fompleted the 8 weeks training last week but in 4 months😅 i spent 3 weeks on each week 5/6/7 basically. It was perfect progression, i am eager to learn more patterns
Very nice work @Strengthside, and nice editing, @Tim. Your B roll is really excellent. RMT Ropes is slowly catching on. I keep wondering if health clubs with larger class size will pick up on classes. I think they've got a bit of this in the Philippines and a few other Pacrim places, but there seems to be almost nothing in the US. Will companies like Les Mills and Apple Fitness+ start hosting exercise videos, or is the personal attention of an instructor required? Perhaps some hybrid solution... ? I learned RMT Ropes from Weck's old "Introduction to Rolling Ropes" DVD ~15 years ago. I learned it well, had lots of fun, but it really took me ~2 years to get good at doing it. Can regular consumers learn from a DVD, or do they lack the patience and/or body awareness to mostly learn on their own? In particular, I wish that seniors would learn this technique, but most of them are set in their ways and don't learn new exercise. How can we address this? How can we get growth rates of 40-50% per year?
So is there any reason to buy one from a company like slushrope? Or am I good with just double braided nylon rope? This is something I would 100% support a small business for and I found out about slushrope through gymnazo, but it seems a little silly to spend that much on something if that’s all it is.
The ropes we sell are much higher quality then any diy shop average double braided nylon rope. I also use recycled materials as much as possible and hand make them myself over on wayoftherope.com
You are wrong. What novel movements are you adding to your regimen. Even if you discount the muscle building aspect of flow rope, how can you deny the cerebellum benefit?

What breed of dog do you have?
What's the length and width of the rope? Does the length change depending on the height of the person?

Piddling.

This does not do anything for you really…. It just looks cool and it’s a certain look and those of people who partake in this.
