Cake Ingredients:
2 Duncan Hines Strawberry Cake Mixes
6 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups water
1 Strawberry Jello pack less 3 tbsp
Icing Recipe:
2 (2 lb) bags Confectioner Sugar
4 oz cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 - 3/4 tsp salt

First time making a cake mines wasn't as pretty as yours but it came out better than I hoped but the icing is what didn't come out right. The icing didn't come out firm but once I get the hang of the icing should be good to go that and I put the layers on backwards well the top anyways. Thanks for sharing!!!!!

Ur cake looks delicious just wanted to give u a bakers tip instead of using oil substitute butter and instead water substitute milk it makes the cakes taste more homemade 😊

Hello Ms. Tracie, why only 4oz of cream cheese? Only half a block? I just did the strawberry crumble..its in the freezer cooling off now .. first time I will be doing a strawberry crumble cake. Im using 8inch cake pans and I used DH strawberry cake and one of Betty crockers white cake mix and I added 2 tbs. Of all purpose flour and sour cream. I will try your tip about the cake batter in the pans next time.
I would love to try the frosting but I only have one bag of powdered sugar at home. I usually always use whip n ice for my cakes.. thank you Ms. TRACIE.

I almost did the same thing. Her cake pans were bigger than mine. So I had to use less cake batter.
