    I love your vlog lessons, you are a born teacher. I have been looking for a Lebanese-Arabic podcast wich stories in intermediate Lebanese Arabic and English context. Are you planning on doing something like this, too?

    It's interesting how you call the knife sikkineh in feminine, I think it's more common in the masculine form as sekkin , or maybe that's just how we've always said it in my family hehe 🤔😳

    • @GlobetrotwithArabic
      @GlobetrotwithArabic  4 года назад

      ED Yes we say sekkin too but if you want to say one knife, you say sekkiine😊

    Mar7aba estazza, I now know that Arabic adjectives have a masculine & feminine form in the singular, but is there are a mascuuline & feminine form in the plural? For example, if I have ten small knives, would I use the adjective 'kbiireen' to describe them? Shukran.

      Vincent Darnis Thank you. We can but it's not commonly used in Lebanon. I've heard my grandma use it though, possibly cause of Turkish influence.

    You're saying صغیر ه but to me it sounds like like you're pronouncing it as زغیره. Is it because you're speaking in the Lebanese dialect and not fus7a?
    Also, where in Lebanon are you from? Hope you don't mind me asking.

    • @GlobetrotwithArabic
      @GlobetrotwithArabic  4 года назад

      Big Bowl YES ITS true. It's a Lebanese pronunciation. I'm from Cornet el Hamra. A small village in mount lebanon.
