      My local bakery here in France uses brioche dough to make the maroilles pie, and it's a wonderful recipe

      @@forrest_ation Unfortunately you're still out of luck, if Bruno himself says it isn't doable then it isn't doable and as a man who's done his job longer than these hipster bakers have been about you should respect his opinion even if it comes from a third person. It sucks to not enjoy certain food but you were just rude for no reason.
