- Well, I think this might be my first major issue with my 2021 Tesla Model Y Performance. Off to the service center--what is your best guess as to the problem?

70k miles and 7 yers without any major issues seems great.what if you had a ford or dodge? Would they last as long

I had my 12v replaced in my Model S. It took about 1/2 a day.
Holy balls, really. This was 15 min to replace on Model Y.
Ouch. That sound is painful!

The new red is not red. It's a burgundy color. It's the color your dad would have chosen for his Oldsmobile. 🤣

@@DoctaM3 I don't like any car in Burgundy. Burgundy is the color you choose when your overly conservative personality limits you from getting what you really want, a red car. 🤣
The new red color is called "midnight cherry". Some of the pictures on the Tesla website make it look incredible but I think it might look super dull in-person especially when there's no sunlight hitting the car.
@@liam1902 Agree. Unfortunately, they are replacing the red color with this one instead of adding it as a new color. So if you want a car in the red category, this is all you can get, and it’s pretty unattractive to me.
@@JetFire9 That's very unfortunate because the current red color actually looks really good in both sunlight/darkness. I believe those 2 new colors are available in different parts of Europe so did Tesla do they same thing there (replacing silver with quicksilver and red with midnight cherry)?
