Videos like this help me by vicarious thrill, as I'm no longer able to hang glide or paraglide due to age/illness. The part where the raptor comes and takes food from your hand would be other-worldly. I had the good fortune, during a hang gliding flight at Crestline Park, CA, where I was just above 10K ft., looking down into lake Arrowhead, when off to my right I saw some movement about 50 yrds away and I noticed a large bird w/ a white ring around its neck - a California Condor was checking me out. Not sure how long the connection lasted, but it suddenly turned back in and under me and I never saw it again. Nice nostalgic trip.
@@garrettsadventure Only if you enjoy flying . . . from nearly anywhere. The one caveat w/ paragliders is they don't do well in winds over 30MPH, as they have no penetration, due to no rigid leading edge. Otherwise, its a breeze! pun intended And relatively inexpensive, w/ only the parasail and harness to purchase and you're off. Gobs of fun in a light weight, portable unit. Try it, you'll like it.
hey buddy, as you're not even asking to use those images (and I would have tell you there is no problem), you could at least credit the filmmakers... :/
Hi, if you're the film maker (or know him), first congrat' it's an awesome footage! And could you tell us where these amazing landscapes have been shot?? Thanks a lot in advance!
Oggy oggy you dipshit plenty of people make compilations and that's cool, it increases exposure. It's just a decent thing to credit guys like Shams and Francois
👍very nice view👍..unfortunately there are no information/tag about the place..so first, can take notes..the beauty of landscape that motivate me to learn paragliding..hopefully someday I have the opportunity to enjoy that moment..while floating in the air see the contour of land, building, etc.
It's a double-edged sword. What you say totally makes business sense if you are a Hollywood studio, Steven Spielberg, and the like. But for smaller outfit, realistically, _anything_ that increases your exposure will _benefit_ you, even without the credit given (just put it in the video itself next time). Just assume that once the work is out of your hands, it truly is out of your hands. Kind of the old-fashioned approach, "soli Deo gloria" and all that. All startups go through this phase. My standard example is Wendy Carlos (the composer and synthesizer pioneer) who was once _very_ famous but is today virtually unknown "thanks" to her disastrous policy of vigorous pursuit of literally every single Internet manifestation of her work (she should have fired her legal advisor decades ago). The result is she doesn't exist in the media people currently use for music. Last but not least, I'd have never even known about you if I hadn't chanced upon this video.
That's why I said simply put (embed) your credits in the video itself. You can then go after people who maliciously edit it out but leave the mere copiers alone as they actually will make you money.
Pecou pela música, não tem nada haver com o clima mágico do vídeo (parabéns), além deste som já está para lá de repetitivo e já não dá mais...cansou! Ufaaaa
I like your selection and the soundtrack but still downvoted because of using other peoples footage without crediting them. Being a pg pilot and amateur video maker i know how much effort goes into making nice footage. You have had quite some comments stating what i just said. Why not man up, admit you oversaw this and insert the credits after all?
Nice compilation! And guys - are you taking videos mainly for credits or what?! You should better consider yourself happy to make it in such an awesome compilation
In this video materials from open sources RUclips, as well as those taken personally by me, were used. The purpose of the creation of the clip is the popularization of paragliding. Forgive me that I have not listed the names of all authors and links to their videos in RUclips and social networks.
Your welcome. I found it by screenshot and google photo search after I have seen your request:) Wow, I wish you all the best for this adventure. I'll start this year with the paragliding basic course, can't wait for it. Maybe one day I'll be there too...
(I'm not an instructor.. or even a great pilot, but..) That depends on which country you're in Dhan.. but you really should get training from a certified professional before piloting the lightest/slowest aircraft in the sky with the worst wind penetration leading to the possibility of getting sucked up into the sky, and the probability of collapsing wings if piloted by someone untrained into unexpected turbulence.. In the States, you can typically go for a tandem paragliding ride for $150 wherever instructors gather (Salt Lake City and San Diego primarily).. there's likely something similar wherever you are. Certification cost about $1500 to get started here, and your gear would probably be at least another $3000.. your canopy wears out, so needs to be replaced periodically (5 years or so) at over a grand a pop... It's a great sport.. the only aircraft you can hike up a hill, launch, and climb thermals to soar all day in.. but it's definitely worth going through the training.. spinal injuries are not uncommon, and there is a tragically high fatality incidence compared to other activities. The majority of the injuries occur in new pilots and infrequent fliers, and are generally attributed to poor judgement. (Failure to accurately read the weather, or underestimating the weather.. not knowing when local weather shifts occur or disregarding the dangers.. flying when the locals aren't out and the like)

Yes, you could ask and credit us!!! It was pretty hard to make some of the shoot you stole!!!

The fact that they add this fucking irritating soundtrack you hear everywhere must make it even more galling.
