I noticed you did some later recipes as low carb, have you tried this one with brown sugar substitute like swerve, and xanthan gum to thicken. If yes how did it turn out?
Yes, swerve is amazing. It can be substituted in any recipe that calls for granulated or brown sugar. I have made my ribs on the stove top with swerve but haven’t made them in the IP yet. I’m sure they will work out perfectly.
