My question to you London is isn’t there a tax “issue” about buying and residing in a personal property with business credit (or mixing business with personal)? I thought we are not to mix?

Yes, if you do it while you are trying to buy a home. You must do it 3 months before buying a home
Let’s say you liquidate that credit, and then have $20k in a business checking account. How do you get that cash from business checking to a personal account in a way that doesn’t open you up to a court “piercing the corporate veil” at some point in the future?

@@WesAkersso from my understanding, he’s liquidating the money on the business credit card and putting it in his business checkings. The home would then be purchased under his business name.
