@@RealSocialProof Realizing we have such a fear of debt. Always have seen horrible situations with debt and not examples of positive debt. But is debt ever positive in theory?!
@@laconcry Yes, imo it can be. When the borrower has decent amount of liquidity and can potentially make money off of the leverage they are utilizing. For instance you borrow $ at 5% but your earnings on that borrowed money makes a return of greater than 5%, say 8%.
At this point you have that 3% as profit.

If you buy a suv in your business name over a certain weight(A range rover) its almost a free vehicle with tax benefits with the 400k I would refinance current property and put down 400k on the largest apartment building(or use business credit if available) improve the value then refinance apartment building sell in 5 years if you understand cap rate etc 500k in business credit to rehab apartment building can 5x the value with increased rents the value goes up something he didnt mention as you use the business credit you can always get increases you may start with 25k in no time it can be 100k great as usual!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I love this guy!!! I got a question if you're not paying taxes does that mean you have alot of writeoffs? Does those writeoffs mean you don't show a profit? If you don't show a profit wouldn't that make banks not want to give you a loan? I hear to deal with lenders not banks for business loans🤔

@@RealSocialProof 1. Paying taxes is ghetto. Lol 2. Let the trust run all the LLC's. 3. If I have good personal credit, acquiring business credit won't be that hard (I raised my score from no score to a 729 in 10 months all by myself. 15 accounts). 4. Cash is supposed to flow, like a current, and not stay static in a bank account etc. 5. Open an insurance account. Load the money upfront. Accrue interest. Borrow against the account to invest in more profit generating ventures. 6. You can't pay taxes on profits that you then use to invest into other streams of income. Very valuable information for operating in the matrix. 👁️
