Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will get the new DRAM and this means the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have a big advantage over the upcoming iPhone. Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will also get the new Oryon cores which are way faster than the upcoming iPhone. Samsung is also expected to bring some significant design changes with the Galaxy S25 lineup.

I am guessing that designer is only going to design the special edition phones. Samsung has had that before. Would be nice if they have better design, but idk if Samsung knows what "new change" to make, visually at least.

I heard the S25 Ultra is going to have headlights that turn on when it is charging or get notifications and dual speakers on the bottom that look like baby mufflers and when you drop your phone its 0-60 mph in 1 second until it impacts the floor

On March 28 my S23 Ultra is going to be S24 Ultra with a software update. S24 was just released and we have leaks about S25. I will not be suprised if we have leaks about S26 in a few days

I don’t like the idea of making the phone bigger… It’s perfectly fine as is. They need to stick with 3 sizes. Small, medium, big. Since I already own plenty of the big ones (Phablet) I wouldn’t mind buying a smaller one to fit in my pocket and just overall easier to use with one hand.
It's an excuse to increase the battery size and call it an upgrade and then charge an extra 50 or 100 quid

s20 was way too tall and narrow. s21 was also too tall. s22 was too chunky. s23 was just a little bit too chunky and s24 is just perfect. i love its size, proportions, looks and screen to body ratio.

Hi Sal. That's great the upcoming Galaxy S25 will get a screen size increase. Like what you said that opens up the possibility of a bigger battery capacity and couple other possibilities. Knowing Samsung, I'm sure theyre not going let the size increase stop there. I'm sure the upcoming S25+ and S25 Ultra phones will get screen size increases as well. As for the S25 Ultra that phone definitely needs a screen size increase. Yes it does. The S21 Ultra, S22 Ultra, last year's S23 Ultra and this years S24 Ultra unfortunately have the same screen size at 6.8 inches. Historically, Samsung never did that by having four consecutive years of the same screen size. There was always an incremental screen size increase annually. The 6.8" screen size is a pinch smaller than the screen size of the Note 20 Ultra which came in at 6.9". The S25 Ultra should get a screen size increase for sure. If Samsung completely removes the top bezel, bottom bezel and increase the height of the phone by 1mm, a screen size increase to 7.0 or to 7.1 inches can be achieved easily. At 7.0 or 7.1 inches, the phone would still be able to fit easily into our pockets without any issues. If Samsung does this they won't be the first smartphone manufacturer to have a phone with a screen size of 7.0 inches or more, but they would be the first to do so in comparison to Apple and Google. Back in 2014, a smartphone model Blu Studio 7.0 came out as the first phone with 7 inches. I mentioned this before, but another thing Samsung needs to do is bring back memory expansion. That was one cool feature the Samsung phones had from before which gave them an advantage over the competition (primarily Apple). The memory expansion feature basically puts the Samsung phones in another category for overall flexibility. They should bring back this feature for the S25 series. If not, at least bring it back for the S25 Ultra. In general, memory card capacities are at 2 TB now. With 2 TB of expandable storage, Samsung phone users can do a lot more.

Honestly 6.2 inches for the base S24 is such a good size. However, making the S25 6.36 inch is kind of pushing it.

The S25 Ultra ought to be a minimum of 6.9 inches, if not 7. The S24 series increased the size of the Plus model from 6.6 inches in the S23+ to 6.7 inches, yet the Ultra remained unchanged at 6.8 inches, resulting in too small of a difference between the models.
