    I showed her how t travel from 11 months young. Travel is the very best education and I started at 20 with Mexico, mainly Acapulco,
    I do speak Spanish as a second language from age 14.

    This is so encouraging and beautiful 😭 my partner and I are 47 and 49 respectively and planning to move abroad and have just started the research because we travel a lot but only want to settle in a place that’s welcoming of our black skin! Like Big Will we are in the DMV and have in the last year started transitioning from our jobs as DC public school teacher and a remote/hybrid government contractor with DHS and launched our health and wellness businesses. I’m a massage therapist holistic healer with lymphatic and postpartum specialties and he is a Vegan Fitness and performance trainer and nutritionist and we want to be sure we can sustain ourselves and have a community of other like minded POC. I hope to connect with some if not all of you! ❤ 🙏🏾

I appreciate the moving and genuine life stories of folks who got up the courage and resolve to move. I am considering such a move, but like many folks my age I feel the need to save up more $$ and/or pay down the mortgage. Ahh. Also, I was impressed by the young woman who moved to Germany and later to Panama (I think) with her school age kids. • @blackexpatslivinglifeabroa1178
      @blackexpatslivinglifeabroa1178  8 месяцев назад +4

      That's a hard one and is different for each person. If you think your mother will get used to it once you make the move then you might want to go ahead and try it or better yet bring her for a visit first and break her in gradually. If she is going to be miserable you will be too and eventually you will leave.
