Love y'all and this broadcast. Panama is on my list, along with Portugal as a possible new home. Btw, you didn't have to be a conspiracy theorist or a medical doctor to oppose the injection of the vaccine. There were plenty of experts who spoke against it and many adverse reactions to it that were not allowed to be in the mainstream media or even on YT. I am not vaccinated and neither did I allow my child to be vaccinated, and neither of us has had Covid to date. However, many of my vaccinated family members have had it multiple times.😉 So, that little section of commentary was funny to me.
Hey Kelly, Thank you so much for watching and for adding to the conversation. 💕. I say conspiracies because no one that I've met accept medical doctors have given me logical reasons not to get vaccinated. 😉
This was a great interview! I will be beginning the process of applying for my Pensionado visa in July. I do plan to work with an immigration attorney in Panama. Charlotte, do you have any recommendations for a good immigration attorney?

Spanish in Panama is similar to Spanish in Cuba, Puerto Rico, The Dominican Republic; because of the African influence. Mexico, Guatemala, Peru, has an Andean influence. Panamanian Spanish is different from Costa Rica's. It's like Texas & NY; different dialect of English. I happen to be from Panama (My dad was Panamanian & my mom was from Costa Rican). Hey John, I doubt Charlotte is still checking these comments. You might want to go over to her channel / website and get the info. Contact info in the description of the video. Thanks for watching. 💕
Hey Steve, we know lots of folks who DIY'd their immigration process. You can definitely do it yourself. HOWEVER, you need to decide what is more precious right now - your time or your money. For instance, for our immigration process we needed to have a 1 year apartment lease, an in-country bank account and tax id number, private health insurance and of course the financial paperwork. On top of that we had to fly to San Francisco to apply - that's a flight and a hotel room. I say all of that to say it was a huge investment to not get approved because of some small thing that I didn't know to do AND which may not be listed anywhere. 🤷🏽♀️. We hired someone for both our Mexican and Portuguese residency.
I am retired military with disability and my wife has VA disability. We would like to start the process for the pensionado visa. Can we start the process remotely or do we have to plan a trip? For Panama.
You should probably contact Charlotte. However, every VISA process that we have researched the process starts with the applicant applying at the embassy or a consulate in their home-country. Hello Utopia, I'm fond of your channel and all of it's content, but could you guys do something on the seniors citizens that are between 65-72, who are in good health, but doesn't have the money you all have to move into Portugal like you guys have done.😊
We have! If you are already on a pension/social security - you will need to save money to make the move. Mexico is lovely, and affordable. We have a lot of friends living their best lives, and yes some are 70+. You need to lower expenses to the point where you can save a stash for the move - once there, it is possible to live well with occasional splurges on less than $25k per year.
Hi I'm loving what I'm hearing I'm thinking about visiting. I live in Gainesville Florida it's very scary since Trump is getting back in the presidency

Helping Black people get out of USA is a divine Mission, but it's only going to grow because each generation will figure it out and live in Africa or anywhere else. But the business is going to grow, Panama uses the dollar and Costa Rica is considering it. Intelligent Black people will follow this business is going to grow. It's good to be on ground floor but the Exodus has begun.
is this part II of your question? 😀 As far as the ability for others to buy property, I do not believe they have the same restrictions as a country like Mexico, but my understanding is that the bank process etc was made easier because he is a citizen.
Why so many people moving from these Hispanic Countries fleeing to America Border if it's such a good place to live ?🤔🤔 You guys have the American Coins so that makes a big difference I'm correct ?
Folks in other countries who don't have economic opportunity may find opportunities in the states. As for us, we're tired of being the subject of abject oppression. So we take our American dollars to a safer, lower cost of living. 😉

It’s much more than it used to be. Black women are succeeding at finding hair care
Halisi, ever since I saw you on Stephanie Perry's channel I've been rocking with you!
Awww, thank you 🥰 and thank you so much for watching, Moonie - Since Stephanie P? that's been a minute - how come I don't see your name in the live chat?
I have been to Panama 3 times and felt at home. I'm working on my pensionado visa now
That is awesome good luck
Where do you get together at on the fourth Sunday?
Hey John, I doubt Charlotte is still checking these comments. You might want to go over to her channel / website and get the info. Contact info in the description of the video. Thanks for watching. 💕
Is it difficult to do the residency process on your own or is it best and quicker to use a service. If so can you recommend one?
@@OurBlackUtopia ok you’ve convinced me so if you could refer someone it would be appreciated 🤗
If you consider Panama, you have to use a lawyer for residency.
@@BlackExpatsinPanama good morning please recommend a lawyer if possible 😇
@@BlackExpatsinPanama thank you . I’m in search of one

Si soy Militar Retired, pero mi esposa es Panamena. Es mas facil el tramite o dificil.
The process was easier for her because her husband is Panamanian. Family reunification visa's tend to be easier. 🙏🏾.

Typically being Panamanian or having a spouse is an advantage
I know sweetie, we understand. Because of my former occupation I knew this was a possibility 😢 and we got out early. If you’re wanting to scout Panama, reach out to Charlotte. Info in the chat💙🥰
Ifatyowa was me Charlotte, Halimah!

Great show. Couldn’t watch it all.

Hey Halimah!!
We all need to know that we can be other places and enjoy our best lives!
Do you think it's easier to get residency or citizenship in countries with a declining population?
Residency.
para casa, residencia, etc.
is this part II of your question? 😀 As far as the ability for others to buy property, I do not believe they have the same restrictions as a country like Mexico, but my understanding is that the bank process etc was made easier because he is a citizen.
Why so many people moving from these Hispanic Countries fleeing to America Border if it's such a good place to live ?🤔🤔
You guys have the American Coins so that makes a big difference I'm correct ?
Folks in other countries who don't have economic opportunity may find opportunities in the states. As for us, we're tired of being the subject of abject oppression. So we take our American dollars to a safer, lower cost of living. 😉
@@OurBlackUtopia The people that's trying to get to the States or tire of Oppression and the people in the State or trying to come were there leaving from 🤔🤗
R they clones they look like Black Utopia
Charlotte and Al are amazingly gracious - if you're interested in Panama you'd be in good hands.
Believers did not get any information about anything because they do not ask questions😏😴
Usually the case.
I'm comfused half of panama is black what other truth is there.
James, James, James, you're all up in the koolaide and don't know the flavor. Black Panamanians are not Black Americans - we're not a monolith - we have different cultures. The truth is the truth about what it is like to live in Panama which you would've known had you watched the whole video.
