This workout is a superb warm up to Beachbody Insanity or Insanity Asylum 1. It gets you motivated and all energized to accept Shaun T's challenge. BB Jnr is loads of fun and hot!!! I get energized just seeing his body move! Very unlike his dad's videos which are all work no play! BB Jnr is loads of work AND play! Two thumbs up!!!
