Not many people realize the parallels between The Forced unleashed and Shadow the Hedgehog, in the sense you're an edgy version of a main character and you meet and/or kill every main character.

I love the force unleashed and what it offered but the second game was below average. Gameplay is great, story was told very poorly. Not to mention the 5 hours it took to beat the game which is far from a long enough for a 60 dollar game. Not asking for 40 hrs but 5 is way too short of a game.
Not gonna lie, tossing the jawa off the map gave me satisfaction. Not nearly as much satisfaction as picking Cyber Quincy as my go to hero in BTD6 because nothing gets past his bow.
I can't understate how much I hate Quincy because of his stupid "I am quincy son of quincy" and "nothing gets past my bow" like stfu you couldn't even solo a moab at lvl 25

On the otherhand, force grip was much more limited in the PS2 version(No vertical movement) And you can't charge your force push like the PS3/360 versions. Plus, you can't kill enemies by force dash in the ps2 version.

I mean, this game may not have had Kotor levels of writing, but it was really fun and looked genuinely good for its time. I spent a lot of time playing this one as a kid.
The gameplay is fun at first (everything after the first part of the first level goes down hill fast) but you can tell there were some issues behind the scenes. And yeah the bosses, especially Vader, are God awful.

The joke u did about the Tusken outfit actually had a true core that goes further into why starkiller is such a well thought out character. Starkiller is the thought of: what would a force sensitive assassin aimed at force users look like and how would he act. Assassins have this characteristic where they will and have to adapt to their environment most of the time. Starkiller goes on every mission with a different outfit suited for it. And especially in this mission it shows how he prepares for every mission individually, since he literally blends in with his environment. And how he does not underestimate these situations. This is important especially in the contrast of Jedi that almost never change their original appearance for the sake of effectiveness. (Obi wan was an exception with his armor for example) That George kept that in mind shows the love for detail in st tf 1.
I remember Revenge of the Sith having that alternate ending level where you can kill Kenobi and the Emperor. And then this game takes it to a whole other level with Starkiller. The people behind these games were truly creatives at heart.
I LOVE this game!! In the few moments you could blow up structures with the power of the force, it always brought a tingle of a POWER TRIP every time!!
Lightsaber throw is a great move but an absolute gaming classic is grapple hook. Any game with grapple hook is at least twice as good as it would have been otherwise.

This game is part of the Legends continuity. In that universe, Leia owns a yellow lightsaber and practices form 6, which outright proves her as a Jedi Sentinel, someone who is a master of combat, but also has other commitments. Most of the Sentinel serve as scholars, book keepers, librarians, temple guards, trainers, political representatives, etc. Thus, it's not a big deal for Leia to have a yellow lightsaber.
The Force Unleashed is a fantastic game and I just want to comment on one thing… Starkiller has some mad drip bro! Every single mission, this man says “Ok, I have to put together an outfit that’ll help me survive in this environment and make it drippy af” For real bro, no one in Star Wars is as dripped out as Galen Marek.

IIRC, the DLC for the second game doesn't follow the same timeline as the first game's darkside ending/DLC, but instead follows the darkside ending of the second game, hence how Vader is still alive. Which sucks because I want to see how it played out with Vader-ish Starkiller training Luke to overthrow the Emperor while having Leia train with Yoda.
The red outfit of Starkiller in in the DLC from SW:FU2 is because that is not the original Starkiller, nor even the clone from the sequel game, but another clone who was turned to the dark side and killed the original clone. This is another alternate timeline than the original DLCs from the first game. It is why the final cutscene of the Endor DLC you see Vader, even though you had killed him in the first game evil timeline.
In this game you can Force levitate a Stormtrooper, impale him with your lightsaber while in mid air, electrocute him with Force Lightning to charge his body up, and then throw him into other enemies where he'll explode in a lightning grenade.
I just discovered you can kill the rancor with the door using the force just like the movie gotta appreciate them going the extra mile to include all the little details and easter eggs
There's nothing like flinging someone off into the abyss in force unleashed, whether it's stormtroopers, wookies, or jawas it's always fun, especially the wookies as Darth Vader

The atmosphere of the Luke skywalker fight was ruined for me because I got the glitch where the saber blades don’t show up so they were just swinging at eachother with the hilts.
The DLC in the second game has such a continuity error in it. Leia mentions how Luke fell on Hoth, but that happens after the dark side ending of TFA, and TFA2 including this DLC takes place after the light side ending of TFA.
Wish they would make a Star Wars game where you could customize your own Jedi OR smith character, customize your own light saber or sabers double sided included, honesty that’s exactly what fallen order should of been like, instead of making up some weird story line with some random ginger dude.

I just needed an Endgame level of just fighting endless hordes of enemies and being able to crank up their life values. They died way too fast.

There is a DLC where Starkiller goes into the old Jedi HQ to take the Jedi Trials and becomes a “Jedi Knight”.
TFU2, the moment where Galen screams when Vader throws Juno away gave me chills

This DLC was actually great, the Hoth level and especially the Jedi Temple level were the best content in the game by miles.
'Name a better move than lightsaber throw" Easy, Glaive throw in Dark Sector. All the fun of lightsaber throw plus bullet time. Which is why Dark Sector is still a good game yes I'm dying on this hill
4:17 OG Battlefront 2’s Wampa attack mission is pretty fun, you get to be a sci fi yeti and slaughter rebels, very epic.

I loved the dark side DLC. Something satisfying about beating all the original trilogy characters. I feel like I’m alone when I say o loved the force unleashed 2. I thought it and the DLC was just as fun as the first

The atmosphere of the Luke skywalker fight was ruined for me because I got the glitch where the saber blades don’t show up so they were just swinging at eachother with the hilts.
The DLC in the second game has such a continuity error in it. Leia mentions how Luke fell on Hoth, but that happens after the dark side ending of TFA, and TFA2 including this DLC takes place after the light side ending of TFA.
