Marlon!!!! Long time. Yessssss. 5/4 and a pool. Unique front elevation. Paved driveway. Like the stone. Anticipated a larger/wider foyer but ok size. Big 1st bedroom, bath and 2nd bedroom. Formal dining a little small for a 3300 sq ft home. Guess the table and chairs can extend out a bit. Large living room. Beautiful kitchen. Navy cabinets/countertops/backsplash all works. Nice size pantry. Big drop zone. Would’ve liked a bigger laundry. No real room for a sink and countertop. Oh. Their garage was a gym. Nice. Like the rear bathroom right by the door to the pool. That rear bedroom could be a changing room for wet pool folks 😂. Agreed. Love a double door entry to the spacious primary. Yes with the Bob Marley vocals 🎤 🎶 🙌🏼. Don’t care for the en-suite countertop. Easy fix. But like the space and storage. Love the shower. Oh. Large long closet. No linen closet? Upstairs. Nice bathroom. Large loft. And another bedroom. Upstairs is great but would’nt need. Enclosed walled screened lanai with door to the pool. 7 ft? That pool is not that big for a gradual slope to 7 ft? Should’ve been a little longer but it’s nice. Huge lot Marlon. Side yard on both sides of the home. It’s the kitchen for me. Would’ve liked those countertops in the Primary en-suite. $650k is a good price. Thought wayyyy more. Way cheaper than California but still too big and expensive for me ☹️ can you show any new construction in Clermont for around 300's
I wish i could find new construction in clermont for that price to be honest but it just doesn't exist anymore. Have to go on the outskirts but I have some videos coming up of those so stay tuned.
