That was absolutely amazing. I have never seen a home like that before and the fact that it had wood floors oh my goodness. My favorite thing was that Jacuzzi tub please do more homes like this.

The home is outstanding, but I'm not a Florida fan. I prefer the Atlanta area.

What no garage for the In-Law Suite? So they have to go out into the Florida weather to get in their car.
😂 it's not that bad in Florida! And this was made for an older person who doesn't drive. That's the beauty of custom homes. All personal to the family.
It’s hot as hell all the time here. Well actually this year we’ve been having more cooler days than I remember in a long time.
Said to myself a 34 minute video til I saw the elevation. I might just have to watch to avoid a ridiculous comment 😂. It’s not for sale? 7 beds 6.5 baths/ 7000 sq ft 🙌🏼🤗. I’ll comment what I don’t like. What bathroom would that 1st bedroom/office use cuz the next bathroom is for the daughter with the pink bedroom and huge closet. Would keep it as an office. No ones bumsy fitting on that small rectangular seat 😂. Love the in-law suite and the butlers 2nd kitchen and formal dining room and pool bath. 1st floor primary 🙌🏼 with door to backyard. Love the en-suite. Did I miss the linen closet? Beautiful covered paved lanai, kitchen and pool 🙌🏼. Will be screened in? 🙌🏼. Beautiful home. Thanks for sharing 🤗

How much will be the cost to build something like that? Maaan that house is georgous.
You're looking at about $2M - $2.5M for the build not including the land. To get 5 acres right now in this area is tough. Looking at $300k-$500k easy so let's say about $3M total.

You know what, looking back at the video I realize I totally forgot to show you guys that part of the In-Law Suite but yes it does have its own bathroom with Walk in shower. My apologies, good catch!
Mann the primary suite is super small
They didn't want it too big as they want to spend most of their time outside with the rest of the family. That's the beauty of custom homes. All personal and to suit your family and lifestyle

I honestly prefer them over the regular slide windows. Do wish they were motorized tho but that's just me being picky.
nice house but that nice blue bathroom is toooo close to living room u come out n it stinks all guestes out lol, that should be a coat closet area

The exterior is a ugly as it is big.
If you have that much money you could pay a little extra for esthetics.
