Not going to lie…your walk up to the attic and your camera going askew…I got a bit scared😮. Glad to see it was nothing but a beautifully spacious 3rd floor. Very nice home with great finishes. I love a first floor guest room.
I love the layout of this home. If you're going to build a custom two-story home, you should consider a guest bedroom and full bathroom on the 1st floor. God forbid but anything could happen that might keep someone from climbing stairs. Always prepare for the unseeable if possible.

Thanks for the tour! The home was lovely. I'm curious, though. There was no basement. Perhaps you have already mentioned the reason or everyone knows the reason. Is it because of the sea level or water table?🤔 I clearly don't know what I'm talking about, but I was just curious. The home certainly has plenty of room!😅
It is beautiful! Love that space potential on the 3rd floor! Of course, though, I would have to ditch the sink on the island and make a bigger sink on the long counter across from it. I just really don't like to see beautiful island space broken up by sinks and cooktops.

Like the front room connecting to kitchen so if you want can use as Formal Dining Room and the other area casual/breakfast room dining. Gives Many options. Great Pantry. I would nix the smaller very top cabinets on top of the upper cabinets and delete the open shelves and have a bank of upper cabinets put there instead. Since you have a nice bedroom and ensuite downstairs think a stackable washer and dryer somewhere downstairs would also be a good thing.

Hi, Timothy. I had remarked a while ago about some of the kitchens being dark. This kitchen is nice with light coming from outside as well. The area for people to sit and watch TV, the fireplace or to just hang out is nice and moody. Much better. Really nice house and looks like lots of options.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. Wish the master bedroom and bathroom were downstairs. I have some ideas for the 3rd floor. Also, there could be a basement for this place, especially when you opened that door. I have a few ideas for that as well. I really love the pop-up outlets. I really love that screened in porch.

I love the screened in porch. My favorite homes are side entry garages and oversized kitchens with first floor owners suite plus outdoor living areas.
