Just wanted to stop and say THANK YOU! I know there’s a lot of love (and hate) in every comment section. But I hope I can speak for everyone that we GREATLY appreciate you taking your own personal time to show us these homes!
For THAT price ..... YOU ARE GETTING RIPPED OFF ! ! ! An unfinished basement, cheap millwork and casements. That stone accent wall in the kitchen LOOKS nice but as soon as you get BBQ sauce .. ketchup ... soy sauce on it ( AND YOU WILL AT SOME POINT ) it's stained for life, You'll never get it out.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. I love the built-ins and floating shelves throughout. I also love the balcony. I would probably finish the basement up as a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom apartment. Also, I probably would prefer to have a separate doorway leading into the apartment. My most favorite part is the master bathroom with the stand-alone tub. How's your wife doing? My 4th grandchild should be coming soon. I think my youngest granddaughters birthday is the 28th. She'll be 3 years old then.❤❤❤❤❤
The exterior is very appealing. But entering the house I felt very underwhelmed. I’m not sure if the furnishings were too sparse, or if the space just looks like a tract home to me. I do like the kitchen corner with the appliances. Why are there two dishwashers? All of the small spaces are painted such a dark color and the lighting feels non-existent. I would need a powerful flashlight to find anything in those spaces. The basement is my favorite space. Truly, it reminds me of the basements we had when I was a child. I always had toys to play with while mom did the laundry with the old-fashioned wringer washers. And my Aunt’s house had a kids play kitchen for us girls. And all the bikes lived down there in the winter. We rode year round. We had Ping pong ball as well. I loved this space.
This home was built by one of the best builders in Colorado. It was also designed by the best designer in Colorado so your comment of it looks like a track home has no ground. You have never stepped foot in this house. It has two dishwashers because a family will be living here and it’s most practical for them. You asking why there are two dishwashers means you have no experience with high end luxury homes. It is quite common
I love the layout. I would change the colors on the walls in some of the rooms. Some things I would change. I do have some concerns on features throughout. They just seem too basic for the cost of the house.
I think it's interesting that the front steps still make you step up into the house from the final step. I would think that it's awkward, especially leaving the house from the front doo and having to take your first step out of the house by stepping down.
Thanks for the tour. I'm a little disappointed in the interior. The charm of the outside was all gone. The very large open spaces look like hotels to me. Very impersonal. Plus, having raised a family in an open concept home, the noise can be overwhelming. People trying to watch TV battling with those talking or cooking. You do such a nice job touring them. I just wish designers would try to be more imaginative.
This house was designed by the top designer in Colorado so all of your comments are null also how can you say anything about the home when you haven’t walked through it
Great tour through the house. But the design is a bit off putting to me. It has an odd layout. I do really like the rustic natural color cabinets and trim work
Kitchen is great and like the space for the dining area but wish it wasn't one big Open room, it definitely loses the charm you think it will have ftom the outside.
Ita a little too open for me...would probably add little arches to separate living from dining and kitchen. Just for the appearance of separation. But beautiful!
I think it needs some character. It needs some crown molding or a feature wall. It just looks too plain. I also am not a fan of so much dark wood with the doors and I am not a fan of dark moody colors. I also don't like wood tone cabinets. I like white cabinets or some color on the cabinets.
I have to say...I've watched others show homes, but you're the best. The others spinning us viewers around a lot. You've got it down pat. Great job. I always look forward to the homes you show.
That green paint would have to go. Also the bedrooms on the main floor are too close to the kitchen and livingroom areas. The upstairs den and porch were nice, along with the primary bed/bath. Overall the home is overpriced and underwhelming.
This home is too open. Walk into the home and you can wave the spatula at your guests ! I never got the single room concept. Wall off the kitchen please!
I could build this for $45 a SQFT all day long. Just goes to show how location and demand can inflate prices. That isn't what we refer to as a gormet kitchen either. Now for flow, it is a great use of space, I like the unfinished basement option and the exxtended stay suit upstairs is great for guest autonomy. Good lines and if located in Washington outside the greater Seattle area, could easily feth the price but on much more property. These are good to see once in a while for people thinking about building. Not everything has to have feature walls and tray ceilings.
The outside is nice but the inside layout not so much! I think the garage is too big and it throws off the kitchen living room layout! Looks too much like railroad style!
This home seems a little overpriced if the basement isn't finished in the pricing. It has a lot of possibilities. The homey touches are a little lacking. The "office" had a desk and chair but no client chair(s), file cabinet. Bathroom didn't have a shower curtain. The secondary bedroom on the ground floor didn't have night stands and table lamps. First thing I would do it paint the pantry and laundry rooms - they are too dark. I think if they were going to leave things to possible client imagination, leave it blank or decorate only primary bedroom and living space. This staging job, imo, was a fail.
This home is not over priced. Track homes in this area sell for almost a million bucks so a fully custom home built by one of the top builders in Colorado for 1.2 is a excellent deal
No stone accent wall near food prep please. You will get splatters on it. Especially behind kitchen sink. Cabinets/doors (alder?) are pretty. No to switches/outlet on side of the island. Why the dark walls in pantry and laundry and garage? It’s too dark for my taste. I’m not a fan of the one room living. I would separate kitchen/ dining from living and foyer.
I don't know how it's possible but more and more of these homes with 4000 square feet seem to be smaller than homes with 2000 square feet. Maybe it's because they try to cram in so many extra rooms that the rooms are smaller. This is NOT a million dollar home.
Timothy?? This house is worth EVERY PENNY!! I love the way it's designed and the artistry is what's going to sell this beauty!! Very Rustic and quite quaint!! This is ANOTHER one of my favorites of the year!! You really outdid yourself with this one!! Thank You Once Again!!
$1 Million for Samsung appliances (gross 🤮), no real foyer, textured tile in the kitchen (coming from experience) is a nightmare to keep clean, and knock down what looks like stippling on the walls in the office, no idea where the price is getting pulled from on this one. Exterior in nice, but that's about where the good stops for me.

I love the dark colors, makes it cozy feeling.
Love the wood in the cabinets and trim.
What an incredible home.
I did enjoy the tour Timothy ! Nice home!
FIRST impression from outside, very cozy and nice, ftom the inside Cold and not cozy and too Open .
How do you know how it feels you have never walked the floor plan
It could have been staged better. It has an Air BnB or Gatlinburg chalet vibe.
I don't like the ovens situated next to the fridge.
This will create too much heat next to the fridge and cause problems.
I’ve had my fridge next to the wall oven for 27 years and have never had a problem.
That area is insulated and has the correct spacing per Samsung for installation like that
I like this home a lot. But I don't know that I like it for a million dollars. Maybe $250K less, and it's perfect.
I love the layout. I would change the colors on the walls in some of the rooms. Some things I would change. I do have some concerns on features throughout. They just seem too basic for the cost of the house.
Love the kit4, but would defend knobs
how much do these doors cost? looks amazing
Love the outside of the home. The inside is just so so. Not a fan of how open the living room and kitchen are plus there’s no foyer. Great tour though
I think it's interesting that the front steps still make you step up into the house from the final step. I would think that it's awkward, especially leaving the house from the front doo and having to take your first step out of the house by stepping down.

What is that white wrap on the basement? What is the purpose of that? Anyone?
The color you keep saying has a touch of green I don't see that on my phone, it looks like a dark grey with a touch of dark blue in it.
Great tour through the house. But the design is a bit off putting to me. It has an odd layout. I do really like the rustic natural color cabinets and trim work
Another great house tour! I'm not a fan of walking right into the living room when entering a house.
Kitchen is great and like the space for the dining area but wish it wasn't one big Open room, it definitely loses the charm you think it will have ftom the outside.
I think Samsung calls the appliance color Black Stainless. It can easily be damaged by magnets.
This house is very over priced for what’s on the inside 👎🏻
YES!
I'd opt for hanging rods in laundry room instead of cabinets.
Ita a little too open for me...would probably add little arches to separate living from dining and kitchen. Just for the appearance of separation. But beautiful!
Not too fond of it but I can't pinpoint why exactly except for the fridge and oven being too close together.
Nice.
Watching your videos from Pakistan ❤❤❤
Do not like the layout of the living room and kitchen.

Feels like super small rooms for the price.

That's not how you pronounce the town name either. I believe you have the name spelled incorrectly. Should be Berthoud

It’s an open concept floor plan

Did I miss the floor plan?

@@HORSEPOWER5280 Okay.

For 1.2mil I want a video doorbell not pointed directly at a post…
That has been adjusted

nope, just another home with the kitchen in the living room. not worth that much money
I’m not a fan of this one at all.
