I love how that master bedroom/ bathroom/ closet was set up. Very unique in a good way!! I would have chosen a more neutral wall paper for its entrance, but kudos to the layout!! matter of fact, that whole 1st floor was everything!!
I dont know why but i love the homes you can see all the way to the back yard from the front door.
Really nice house. The plan is also very good and so is the finishing. For a new builder, they did a very good job. 9.5/10.😊
Timothy, this house 🏠🏡 is a eye opener. The Outside is just ok, but when you step inside?? Its like you are stepping into a hit movie!! Im looking at all of the artistry and the well made structures. What can I say about all of the rooms, Kitchen, Laundry, Upstairs, Basement, just worth the wait. Its plenty BIG!! Your not lacking for any space 🌌🚀!! Just a super smart home 🏠🏡!! Timothy?? You have really stepped up your game 🎮🎯!! Thank You for showing us this upscale home.

Timothy, I appreciate you showing the garage when you can. The reason is builders might put that its 2 car garage, but it only is if you don't store anything in the garage and park just right so both can get in and out the car with hitting something. It seems many don't account for opening the car door all the way or that you might wanna store things to the side.

Hey Tim 👋🏽. This is a nice one. However, from the floor plan 0:59 bedrooms B and D have their own en suite and Bedroom C doesn't. How will they bathe? Going into someone else's room? Possibly disturbing them? I think that's absurd. Should've been a connecting bath btwn 2 of the bedrooms and then a full and half bath. That's it

one of the best layouts out there! as far as tiles, cabinets and other options, those are all up to the customers, but craftsmanship is impeccable on this property!

I think it would be nice if you could mention what brand major appliances are being shown, specifically the range and fridges. Some seem really nice and I'd like to explore further as I am looking to build a home next year but really tough to tell in your videos, which I generally like.
I like this house much more than the first one. I agree with you about the counter space. I love all the windows. I would prefer the powder room was not right next to the kitchen. I’d switch places with the drop zone. It’s a small room so it would only add a few steps to the drop zone

A bit disappointed with to many things going on with the walls and ceilings. I love a little but hey leave some decor ideas for the buyer. It’s to busy. But otherwise has a interesting layout

The house looked small on the outside. Didn't care for the front door area. I can't really go all out decorating for the holidays. But the inside and layout are wonderful!

Very lovely home and the master closet was superb. But there is no privacy in the master bathroom. What’s with all the windows next to the tub and across from the shower? And I would never feel safe in a house with a glass front door.

How I would of rated the house. 6 for the front exterior(it's nice but doesn't leave a memorable impression, lacks notoriety(which could be what you're aiming for) and the garage is kind of weird placement), 9 on the overall layout (the bedroom upstairs was the minus 1 point from a perfect score) I give the the Master bedroom a 9(no room to sit together and watch a movie must be from the bed but everything else is perfect), the Backyard in an 8(nice pool and backyard living space but no room beyond for other activities and the opening up the great room is only good for early spring and late autumn do to lack of an Air curtain or porch heaters but otherwise looks amazing), and the Builder's staging is a 7(good theming but there's to much trying to blend different styles in general traffic areas). My what I can score from the video is 7.8. Craftsmanship, materials used/how they were used, and the brownie points of Garage perks and Basement amenities can't be rated from this video. It's the only things that can be rated if you're there in person, know what to look for, and if not present in the Demo unit, are listed on the Floor plan designer features.

Tim: I have been harsh to you about your use of title image arrows on random parts of every house you show. It just wasn’t warranted and I want to say that you are quite likable and do a proper job in your showings. Hope you have your best year in 2024!
Just can't get into the outside look. I'd give it a 3. That wine area would be better utilized as a Guest Coat Closet, which this pricey house has none.
I can't handle all the glass. In the south maybe, but up north it makes me cold just looking at it. Especially at the Master tub. The R value of those windows is R8 at best and in the north a wall can be R13 to R25 where R20 is more the minimum nowadays. Anything less gets cold.
The upstairs needs to be different. That upstairs Media area partially above the Master Bedroom is very poor planning. The upstairs needs a Laundry in a house at this price point or put a dumb waiter in to the lower Laundry so once things are washed you can get them back upstairs.
The layout on the first floor is okay except a hit for the lack of a Guest Closet, so an 8. The upstairs needs to be changed. Above the Garage is the perfect area for a possibly noisy Media Room. Due to that and no easy access to a Laundry, give it a 3.
One last thing, the Garage needs to be about 30' wide. You could then open a car door without hitting the other car or a wall.

That's a long way to go from all the bedrooms to get to the laundry room.
It's good to have a rating system but your rating at the end of the video is way too long. You're doing a summary and explaining why you're giving the score in too much depth. Remember that we just took this tour with you and you gave all your thoughts while you were walking around. Keep the scoring part short and put the score on the screen with their respective categories. This is the second video with the scoring system and the only thing we get is your verbal announcement of it. It's a video and your channel is about visualization. Let people visualize the score. I would recommend checking out Doug DeMuro's channel (he's a car guy) and model your presentation of the scoring off of that.
