Timothy?? This is not just a Dream Kitchen!! It's a DREAM HOME!! It's like you have stepped into a mansion!! The Size, Quality, and The Aristry is unbelievable!! What a grand specimen of a house!! From The Living to The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are magnificent!! The Sunporch and The Deck: Superb!! The Upstairs and The Basement?? Fantastic!! What more can you ask for!! You did a Heck of a job with this beauty!! Thank You!!
I kept rechecking the floor plan to see where the stairs were. Looks like the 2nd floor space is optional, or one could opt for the flex room shown on the plans. I like the 2nd floor a lot and a small bathroom would be super nice up there. I wonder if I could get the builder to switch the dining room space with the kitchen. I love having natural light from windows in a kitchen. Just my personal preference, but I would have to lighten up the interior colors, but this does show very nicely in this model. The whole mud room and laundry is such a nice set-up space wise. The pantry and butler pantry are of my dreams! Thank you for showing us the home today.
The kitchen ceiling is beautiful
This is my favorite of all the homes you've shown.
I like it, the floor plan is unique. I would change the dark moody colors, but I love the wood ceilings. In the master I would do away with the tub in hopes of a larger shower with transom window & no door. Yes I would screen in the patio & perfect! 😊❤
Love this one. It has an old French country feel to it but not so upscale but in a great way. The colors make it feel like home. The only thing I would change is the walk in shower. It looks like a single toaster oven to say the least🤭
Stunning home! Nice to see an original floor plan. I would have loved to see the outside back view, but great job as always!
Agreed some of these plans just start feeling the same after a while
I've really loved watching the Alabama home tours and this one is the best yet!
Goodness!!! This is TRULY my dream home. Never been able to say that about the other homes but this is a dream!!!!
This was a nice home. Nice layout and design. And they did the kitchen right. Everything close and accessible to each other. And maybe it was me you spoke about? They put in a full range/oven and a second oven. Every new upscale home should have two. Makes a world of difference
It’s nice to see a fresh layout.
If this house was available in an area I would want to live, I would sign the paperwork today. Only design issue I have with it is the size of the master shower, but otherwise it’s fantastic.
Thanks for Sharing this tour...This home was indeed a dream home.
I love the layout of this one.
I really like this home. They did a wonderful job staging also.❤
Tim my guy!!! You really did find a gem with this one ❤. I fell in love with Diyanni and Wayne's Home when you came here to North East Ohio. Now I am loving this one!!
Thank you Timothy for doing these tours. This helps tremendously with my manifestation/visualization process of buying a new home ❤
The kitchen and entering the great room is heavenly
Surprised at Alabama homes without storm shelters.
Yay! Two ovens! I absolutely love this house! Thank you
Love the design of the house and also the color palette. Looks masculine but at a perfect proportion.
thank you Timothy! Beautiful home for sure. However the off centered chandelier over the dinning table! I can't unsee that lol.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place. My favorite part is that bench upstairs. You could store games in that for the kids.
Really liked everything about this house.....except for the shower in the master bath. Kinda looks like a after thought.
Love the foyer
This is one of my favorites!!
This is a great looking place, I especially like the outside. There are some changes I'd want. I'd opt for no second floor and make the stairs go to a walk-out Basement. I'd have a larger front Coat Closet and it could be done by not having the Butler Pantry a walk-through. I'd have to have the one end of the house extended out to add more space to the Master Bath. That shower in the Master Bath is down right scary, long and very narrow...not for somebody claustrophobic.
The Garage is a nice width if it were just a 2 car. I'd have two single car garage doors into it to keep your vehicles well apart from each other and away from the walls. The Garage needs to be deeper, 20' 7" is not near deep enough. A base model F150 is just about 18' long. Park one in there and you barely have a foot at each end to walk around it. You could not put the tailgate down without opening the door. Get a larger truck and forget getting it in the Garage. Make it as deep as it is wide, about 30' x 30'. You could put an F650 in there then.
Beautyful! That's the one.
I like how you put all the information in the beginning of your video loud and clear , awesome job
Love it. Some killer ideas to incorporate from this one.
I would definitely screen in the porch!
Love this house,I hate open concept,so this would be perfect.
Kitchen doesn't have much drawers or upper cabinets, good thing it has more of both in the pass through Butler's pantry. I do like the position of the kitchen though too. I would not have that giant refrigerator, so I would have more cabinets and drawer put in one side, maybe a counter too.
Really nice home, Tim. I recently completed renovation of an architect-designed contemporary home from the 1970's and one of the features I've come to really appreciate is having outside exposures (along with more glass area) on two sides in each bedroom. It makes for a feeling of spaciousness, even in a relatively small footprint. That's the one change I would make in this home. Other than that, love it.
I’m just going to watch all the videos. I’m no longer surprised at being surprised!!!!
Love the tub
Stunning home!
Beautiful home,,,i would switch out the lower tubes.. and add walk in closet in the bedrooms.. spacious. Upstairs i would add maybe 2 bedroom bathroom..
I like this house. great layout.
I'm pretty sure that the mirrors over the vanities in the master bathroom were built in medicine cabinet mirrors but you didn't check them out.
Beautiful home. Would want lighter wood on the panels in the Master suite .
This is my favorite home thus far...I agree with you regarding the kitchen. I would put a large hideaway TV across from the kitchen counter watching those cooking show 😊😮❤ whose the builder again ❤
Wassup Tim?! The only thing I would do is swap the kitchen and living room around, and yes it would suck falling through the ceiling, did here @ home, in the garage when I was 13 years old, fractured my pelvis, my Papa told me not go up there, but I did anyway, I told him I won't go up there unless there's a floor, then I'll do it.
This is Completely Gorgeous !!!
I would Not change a thing.
Tfs
Actually like this home very much and would be interested in buying it. Just make a few small changes as already mentioned.
Hardly any cabinin the kitchen, I'd add floor to ceiling cabinets on that opposite wall.
LOVE THE KITCHEN!!!! Be perfect if there was a hidden pantry.
I love this home. Not to keen on the wallpaper in the mud room but I absolutely love the lay out
War Eagle ❤
Biggest misses: all those wire shelves and those cheap, short, builder-basic bathtubs. Like the stairs at the front of the house in the corner, much better than in the middle of the house. Thought the patio could have been bigger. Not bad.
Really beautiful house
Master bedroom shower is to narrow, guess I could have the tub removed and just extend the shower
What does "peruse" mean? I looked it up. It means to read something in a thorough or thoughtful way. That's what it means. How then does one "peruse through a house"?
do you ever go to north Georgia ??
Great house, but did anyone notice how tiny tub in the master bedroom was?
I was too busy cringing at the size of the shower. lol
What color are the cabinets? Do you have the color #
Love this house, the blue. Cost too much to have wire racks in the closets tho 👎
I like the home but I hate all the dark cabinets and ceilings. Depressing.
Can't do a kitchen with no windows. Dark and depressing!
Well at least the kitchen isn't sitting in the middle of the living room I guess
Hate the wallpaper.
Are people in Alabama so used to mobile homes that seeing wire shelves aren’t a big deal for a 700 thousand dollar house?
Too Dark on Walls...when your selling that isn't attractive. The Black in the Bedroom was out right hideous
The color of the kitchen cabinets are horrendous and way too dark! They're just too specific and not for everyone. And my God can designers please stop with the gold or brass whatever fixtures! Don't even get me started on wall paper lol.
Surprised at Alabama homes without storm shelters.
While technically possible, basements are impractical in this area of the country due to a high water table.
Thank you. @@cameronmccoy5051
