Hi! Were looking to move to florida in the next 5 years. We want at least 10 areas and would like to build a cuatom home. We were thinking about the clermont or groveland area. Do you have any where else you would recommend to buy land and is there a builder you could recommend to build a modern farmhouse? Thank you
Hey Keischa! Thanks for the message! You should also consider Sugarloaf Mountain in Minneola as well as Montverde for building! There are some great large lots in those areas so it's a popular choice. As for builders, I would check out Element Home Builders, Alex Custom Homes, and Kevco Builders. All of them have great modern farmhouse plans to build.
