This looks almost exactly like the Arlington model. Which is my absolute favorite, but this one has a nice garden tub in the primary bathroom that the Arlington doesn't have. It just has a soaking tub. And I prefer a garden tub. But yeah, I love this home because it reminds me of the Arlington by dreamfinders also.❤

Where have you been is right. Yessss. Missed you. Looks like you’re back with a bang. Gorgeous floor plan. One story 3 bedrooms enough. Wait , a 4th bedroom on the first floor? Really don’t need the second floor. All I need is my pool. Double doors to the master. Like his and hers closets. Was gonna say don’t need the tub but it looked like a heart shaped. Omg. The bonus room is huge. Omg. That first bedroom is bigger than the master. The second one too. I would’ve had en suites in both bedrooms and a half bath to service the loft space. Wow. Amazing home. Welcome back Marlon. The price probably too much. Not retirement price.
Yes prices have shot up significantly in the last year or so!! But this is definitely a great option right now in terms of what the floor plan offers so I’m glad you liked it. A lot more homes and neighborhoods coming up soon!

In Howey in the Hills you would be at around $450K all included to look like the model. In Clermont the same home will be around $550K with similar upgrades. Both are great options depending on your preferred location.
