95% of cooking shows would have edited out the opening of the balsamic vinegar. The fact that you didn't, and even had fun with it, is one more reason we love your channel.

Sitting here eating my pepperoni chicken watching nearly 2 minutes of 3 guys trying to open a balsamic vinegar bottle, this is certified RUclips gold! You don't get quality content like this from other cooking channels, that's why I subscribed!

Nearly 4 million people subscribe to this channel. Most for free. And the quality is awesome.
A national network show, would be expensive, craptastic, and not get near the audience and shared community.

I do believe he used to have a TV show, but he now makes over $1,000,000 a year from his restaurants and RUclips. Worth absolutely every cent in my opinion. It doesn't get much better than this.
I have adblock, but I have it turned off for RUclips, so the content providers get the income from the ads. They deserve it for taking the time to make the content for us to enjoy.

Running the vinegar bottle under hot water was the right thing to do because, when heated, metal expands faster than glass, thus loosening the cap. Just a little bit of not-so-useless trivia! Actually it's pretty helpful; I've been doing this for years 😁

I made these last night. They are insane, the vinegar and the flattening of the chicken really tenderise it and it was so juicy! Rested it for about 5 minutes and then chopped it up for wraps with salad and some brie cheese. It is unreal!!
