Wow guys, while normally I try to do what Adriene has set up for the exercises even if I don't want to, because there is joy to be found in completing a task you didn't think you could do. However, today I listened to my body and I told her she didn't have to do all the ab work, as I woke up with a headache (weather sensitive sinuses) and also sore from yesterday's gym session. But I showed up! And spent some time in child's pose and loosening up my shoulders instead. I _am_ strong. And I listen to my body. Thank you for teaching me to, Adriene. (also I think my deadlifts are way more stable after all that rooting down while rolling up to standing!!)
Good job Ruby 👏🏽🧘🏻♀️💕, and get well soon, listening to your body is actually being more aware of your strength and when to take a slight break and getting stronger 👌🏼👏🏽🥰 take care

If I had told myself a month ago that I would be able to practice Yoga consecutively for 21 days I would have had a hard time believing myself. During this time I traveled from my homeland to the country I'm studying in, started uni again, had a difficult time emotionally and while the overwhelming majority of the tasks on my to-do list are not crossed off, I am just so incredibly proud of myself for showing up! Thank you so much Adriene for being part of that :)
Glad you have found yoga to be an anchor in your many changes and challenges. Travel can really throw things off. You are inspiring me as I have a trip coming up and want to keep going even when the month is up. Showed up today even though I really didn’t feel strong. Glad I did.

I practically screamed it today! My boyfriend could hear all of my feedback from today's practice from across the house (the groans, the collapses, and the screams "Adriene why??") Lol! 996 days is no joke! Congrats 💕💕💕
What a humbling practice. I felt weak, embarrassed, and disappointed today but I realize there is power in showing up and giving what I have to offer. Adriene makes me feel empowered to take the modifications that I need and gives me strength goals to work towards. Blessed to share this practice with all of you.
One of my favourite things about yoga is learning to meet the poses where I am at. Sometimes that looks different for me year over year with injuries, or day to day with emotions. I've found that as time goes on it does get easier to accept where I am, and that what I have to give that day is enough - no matter what it looks like. What an incredible journey the yoga practice is. Thank you for sharing!
Today was the first time I was able to hold the side planks without the kickstand halfway through! It's easy to loose sight of the progress you've made in the day to day, and so great to take a moment and acknowledge how far you've come. Thank you everyone for sharing this journey :)
You know you are in trouble when Adrienne has a hair bun! I love that though. I actually felt really strong and normally really struggle with side planks but I did it!
Morning everyone, wow Day 21 and this one certainly tested the Strength. When I switched on the video 6am (not shown as a Premiere this morning?) and saw Adriene had her hair in a bun my heart sank a little ... hair up means we will be working hard! And yes this session did work my core strength, my arms were shaking during the side plank and the heart was pumping by the end 😟. But you know what, I told myself "you've got this, keep going"! and I'm proud of myself for finishing with minimal modifications. Well done to everyone else practising today (and in the future) We are strong. Have a great day and see you on the mat tomorrow🙏💖

I didn't feel my best today, I had a late night yesterday and was still tired in the morning (and this is when I usually do my practice), plus an unpleasant headache, so it was super hard to bring myself onto the mat. The more proud I am now that I did it :) And I even managed to stack the legs in the end! And I also fell - and laughed about it! I'm so grateful to Adriene for this new ability to laugh when I fall. Breathing love out, namaste to you all fellow yogis, disciplining our minds and bodies and learning kindness at the same time ✌

I have realised that sometimes not being able to do all of the moves perfectly is okay, and it's okay to stumble and fall down because it means that I'm trying :D I'm also learning a lot about energy preservation and how I should never go past my limit in the middle of a move because I need to save up some energy for the end. Pushing my limits make me feel like I actually am strong, and I'm so thankful for Adriene for creating this opportunity

Three years ago I tried to follow an Adriene course and just could do very little so I stopped. I had no real understanding of Yoga. I’ve been practicing fairly regularly since. Three years later, and three years older, I have ‘shown up’ every day and been able to do my own modifications when needed. I’ve never done yoga daily like this year - without doubt the most yoga in a time span ever. This is a wonder series, the time length is perfect. Most of all it shows that yoga is a journey. In time, with practice, your body gets you there! 🙏🏻
Today, I was not so sure if the hardest part was showing up.. very humbling experience today and still felt better afterwards 😊. Thanks for teaching us to listen to ourselves, body, mind & soul, dear Adriene 💜.

Dear Adriene, It's been my first 21 days of yoga ever, and I have loved every day. Thank you so much. My dog Stanley is with me every day, and today, when Benji came to check on you when we were doing the short, sharp exhales, Stanley came running, too. So it's like we're both mimicking what's going on on the screen ;-). This journey has been such a blast, and I'm beyond grateful. So is Stanley. Thank you!

Good morning! When I read that todays practice was about strength, my initial reaction was: oh no! I feel so weak today.. But actually, I am strong, and when wispering that to myself, I felt it and believed it. Even though I did need to adjust here and there, I still showed up, and made the most out of it! Thank you💙
I totally feel you. It was exactly the same for me here. I had an adverse reaction when I saw Adriene in the side plank, a pose I cannot hold with my feet in line and I felt extremely tired. But I did it, little adjustments needed. We're strong and we're in this together 🙏

For me, it was the most empowering practice of this challenge so far! Every move felt good in my body and I feel good after as well. So powerful and strong!
I went to the Women’s March this morning and joined thousands of other other women who are fighting for our bodies and our rights. Then I came home and did this strong woman workout! This practice was a continual reminder to me of the strength of women and the power of our collective will. I whisper to myself, “I am strong” and then, “WE are strong!” 💪🏼✊🏼💪🏼
Wow being tired and doing strength was a bit of a challenge for me today, but I made it through. I may have to revisit this later when I’m more alert. ❤️

Sideplanks are one of my favorite positions (even on days I feel wobbely and weak), they feel like flying.

Afrer a lazy day, recovering feet and legs from yesterday’s ballroom class, it felt soo good with a core workout!
When I saw the name of the practice + Adriene's bun, I knew it would be a tough one for me 😆BUT! I am getting stronger and am loving it.
My daughter and I enjoyed this strength ab focused time together! We are strong. After 21 days, I have learned about the benefits of consistency. Thank you Adrienne and benji.

Good morning! When I read that todays practice was about strength, my initial reaction was: oh no! I feel so weak today.. But actually, I am strong, and when wispering that to myself, I felt it and believed it. Even though I did need to adjust here and there, I still showed up, and made the most out of it! Thank you💙
I totally feel you. It was exactly the same for me here. I had an adverse reaction when I saw Adriene in the side plank, a pose I cannot hold with my feet in line and I felt extremely tired. But I did it, little adjustments needed. We're strong and we're in this together 🙏

I went to the Women’s March this morning and joined thousands of other other women who are fighting for our bodies and our rights. Then I came home and did this strong woman workout! This practice was a continual reminder to me of the strength of women and the power of our collective will. I whisper to myself, “I am strong” and then, “WE are strong!” 💪🏼✊🏼💪🏼
