I think its safe to say that Tex Avery pushed the envelop for American animation. He was so creative and imaginative. Looney toons were cool but Droopy and all of Tex’s work just always stood out and were way more extreme and physics just didnt matter. Thats what cartooning is all about taking you to a realm that doesnt make sense but makes you laugh

Good stuff: looked up Droopy in Wikipedia, he was created in the 40s at MGM and lasted into the 50s. One of my favorite characters!

While it's also on cable and Dish for example, if you live in a area that has MeTV as a subchannel for example, you can get it with a antenna without paying a cable bill.
