    This is what I do: I can't have lime due to heartburn so I add only water, a few drops of pure vanilla essence, some sweetener and a few sprinkles of cinnamon. It's really yummy and it cuts down my appetite :) I drink it for breakfast, have a nutritious lunch and have the shake again for dinner. I did lose 3.5 pounds in a week. I do exercice 30 minutes a day though. My weight loss might sound slow but it's because I have hypothyroidism.

    I am using Psyllium instead of Oats - way less calories and bulkier when mixed with water. Just mix and drink real fast before it becomes a thick porridge.

    I think the lime is for flavor. I'm on day 4 and I cannot finish my meals. From day one.

    I just recommend you to read side effects of "Ozempic" and "Oat-Zempic" then decide which to choose. 😉

      I confuse them too. One thing is for sure Oat-Zempic would have fewer side effects.

    Thanks for this! Won't the protein cause weight gain? When I used to have higher protein diet I gained muscle weight.

      Theres not many calories in protein and the body works harder to extract energy from protein. A scoop may add an extra 50-100 calories but this would still make the shake fewer calories than a traditional fast food breakfast. Do consider spinach. See my video on spinach and weight loss
