Hi Cristobal. Back then I made my own mallets so I could not tell you what I used on the recording. However, today I would use the Encore NM 3B which is slightly harder than my favorite general mallet, the Encore NM 4B. Hope that helps. And thanks for playing my piece! Regards, Paul Smadbeck
