This is a man that really knows what he's talking about that people thay kind of know their way can pick up. However. If you know nothing, this is pretty jarring. But I guess idk how you can accurately tell someone how to start, it seems to be trial and error. This definitely will help in the future for editing but didn't really tell me how to start
hi i buyed a video yrs ago the person has 2 parts theres 2 concerts i can pplay the 1st concert cant play the 2nd tryed everything took a photo but ti wont upload to show you cause its not a video tryed copy show you wont work been trying e erything even with vlc please someone helpthank u
Hey, I jus started your video, but I have a question. I'm looking to reboot my channel wit Let's Plays when Spider-man 2 releases soon! Here's what I have, and what advice would you give me/what mic/software to buy on Amazon? Thank you in advance! I have: PS5 (Obv, lol) Macbook Pro Galaxy S22 Ultra
That's a tough one, not super familiar with consoles as I'm on pc exclusively. Elgado has some capture equipment I think you might need, but unsure. Google console + elgado for ideas
@MirageUchiha yeah blue yeti is solid. It's also not insanely expensive and sounds decent. I recently got a podcast mic because I have a lot of background noise
I was surprised you didn't use OBS as you can use NVENC with obs just like shadowplay. I'm not used to seeing so much editing after watching NorthernLion for long.
I never got the same quality out of OBS as I do with Shadowplay, which is odd. I've gone to the OBS support Discord and worked on it for quite awhile. It just never really looked as good. I had to do a lot less fiddling to get Shadowplay up and running.
Mmm. Yeah simillar (ish) to premier the trial version lags really badly, has a alot small windows buttons everywhere. So trying out other guys. But everyone raves about Premier. Also thanks for the tip about making a noise--this time. because the audio software the riff track, but the game audio overwhelms it. I might not have caught that without a snap and a few claps I did to make sure the mic was working. plus, as you said, if for some reason either one is to far out of sink hopefuly the volume spike helps as well.
The sound of those? Likely your microphone. Omnidirectional microphones will only pick up sounds directly that they are pointing to, unless I am completely not talking you can sometimes hear my keyboard. Also can invest in a quieter keyboard type.
ok so i'm struggling with a couple of things, like if i plan on recording older consoles as well, like 6th gen, would i be better off using a tv or a monitor, also how do i ensure that my mic doesn't pic up the game audio from my computer recording the gameplay?
@@Oliver-ko8cv there might be others for sure. It just depends on how much you want to spend/if you want to spend anything. What worked for me might not be best for you. I would ask at r/Letsplay on reddit
hey how much memory do you recommend for this type of work? would 1tb SSD and 32GB of Ram be enough? Also, does recording while playing affect gaming performance? Also the game recording software you used, that comes with the 30 series GPUs right? I will have a EVGA GeForce RTX 3060Ti FTW3 Ultra Gaming GPU. Wondering if that will come installed on my PC.
I personally use a 1tb that can fill up fast if I'm doing lots of recording and not uploading/archiving vids. I use recording software that comes with having Nvidia experience, so you should have it. No massive impacts on performance
@@TobelPlays Awesome - thanks so much! This video was one of the most helpful ones that I saw. Have you used davinci resolve? That is the one I am thinking about using for video editing.

Okay, thanks! 🙏🏾
What would you recommend for a mic tho? Idk much about that.
I've heard Blue Yeti is good, but idk. 🤷🏾♂️

Ah, I see.
Welp, thank you for your help Tobel!
If you think of anything else extra that may be worth noting, please lemme kno.👍🏾

Which PowerDirector do you use? There seems to be infinite different ones? :-D
if you cant buy power director use kden live much more difficult to use but free and has all the features of power director
Awsome video!. I have the unpopular opinion that OBS is really finicky and or bugy. if shadow play works go for it!
Yeah everyone raves about OBS and I never really had success. Shadowplay just works.

but how do you stop your mouse and keyboard clicks from being recorded?

Well thanks ya Papa. I really do appreciate this
Now idk if I caught it or not but how high or low should the game audio be in the recording same goes with voice audio? I’m using OBS.
I don’t wanna blow anyones ears out with my voice being to heavy same goes with game audio.
Thanks my man♥️

Thanks for this tutorial . What are the good PowerDirector alternatives ?
No idea sadly, I mostly went for this and stuck with it.
@@TobelPlays thanks a lot for reply,. Will buy it then I guess.
