Hope we see the good times soon! Keep polishing your skills. The video explains well about the layoffs and the learnings from it. Thank you for this video!
Sir what are your views on AI, everyone is saying that it will replace software developers if it is so then what will be the options for a software engineer to work. Like there will be any new position or a new job? In high school now, interested in CS but due to recent factors thinking if it will give me any yield or not. Btw love your work👌🏼
I think I the long run, yes AI will take up many other jobs, not just Software Engineering! But that won't be an overnight change. It will be a gradual change and the world will eventually adjust to it. The skillset required by humans will be a lot different than what it is today. But yeah, we need to be cautious and closely follow what's happening 👍🏻
Do you think big tech like Google, Microsoft's, Amazon will outsource more engineering work to India office and expand more here to increase their number. Recently saw a blind post which suggested most layoffs are in USA and the money company saves by firing one senior engineer in US, can be utilised to hire 5-8 junior engineers in India.
I need a little help from you currently I am doing ENTC engineering from tier 3 college i am very much interested in software field but due to low percentage i got admission in entc i am in first year now and semester 1 exam will be there i am very weak in electronics subject like i got 4/30 in insem exam i am thinking to drop from college because there will be electronics subject for me for my 4 years and due to college pressure i don't get time for even do a single code i am thinking to dropout and take online admission in IIT Madras BS Data science degree is it worth it doing online degree will it affect my future jobs i am 100% confident that i can upskill my coding skill very much while doing online data science degree so i want to ask one thing is online degree valuable will i face any problem i want to do online degree from IIT Madras if you can please make a video or you can please tell me by replying this comment your one reply can save me Thank You
Bro, the kind of 'degree' really doesn't matter if your goal is to land a Software Engineering job or be a freelance Software Developer or you want to start-up. Having said that, going to a college will give you a network and interpersonal skills which you will cherish for life. Online degree is fine, it can still give you both these, provided you are indulged into it. Let me re-iterate, if you are excellent at coding & have a great resume that can attract eyes, 'degree' will not matter at all.
@@100GB thanks for your information sir I have fixed my goal that i am going to pursue online degree so i can upskill my coding skill so i can get easily jobs anywhere. Once again thanks for your time sir 🙏
