Hi! I teach my students how to work with an airbrush and they decide where to apply this skill on their own. There are express courses in English in my school, but we don't have one planned at the moment. You can check out our website and leave an application: englishcourse.art-tehnika.ru/
Automotive airbrush is different you will need to learn to prep metal surfaces and how to finish with clear coat and polish the final product ..also airbrushing on curved surfaces ect ect .

No doubt it takes real talent to produce photo realist art work, the only question I have is, WHY? No really, I mean, I can just take a photo. If I'm going to purchase work done with an airbrush, it should look like it was done with an airbrush, not a camera.
That's how we teach to control a tool precisely. Then artists can draw what they want, photorealistic or not, it depends on them.
Btw, here in Russia we airbrush mostly on cars and motocycles, and sometimes on smaller stuff. Usually you cannot print on them. And handmade is always more valuable than print. It's not always photorealistic pictures, btw. We always create unique sketches for works like that.
I dont think you even know what you mean. The method used is irrelevant, the final result should not leave the marks of the way it was created. So you would want to see chisel marks on a sculpture and finger prints on a model? Photorealistic is a matter of values and lighting, not style. Better learn to do realistic then drop down to worse levels of technical expression.
Alina Tarasenko Airbrush artwork on cars and bikes isn't as popular as it once was and now you can have hydro dipping and vinyl wrapping with any design..not many will pay for the skills now.
