We sang this at my high school and during the piano solo one of our singers, who's transgender, gave a mini speech about how if you're struggling you are not attention-seeking, weak or a burden. He also said how he's been down that path but he's here today so he knows you can get better if you reach out. It was beautiful.

I've been struggling with depression and anxiety for 13 years. Lately the darkness has completely taken over. I have lost 3 jobs and any friendships. My relationship of 10 years is on the brink of collapsing
I feel so hopeless and defeated. Often I feel so lost and too deep in the depression to ever come out of it.
This song has saved my life. When my mind starts going to really dangerous places, I listen to this and I cry tears of happiness and joy. It reminds me that I will indeed be found someday. I might feel alone, but I'm definitely not.
I am so much more than my mental illness and I will never be able to express how grateful I am for the creators of this song for helping me realize that.
This just sums up why I want to audition for the London production when I'm old enough. It's such wonderful family!

This play is absolutely heart-wrenching with great music and a modern story. The entire theater was crying at intermission. If the movie can be half as good as he stage play, it is not to be missed. But...not a date-night movie!

vms1989 I just saw the show in Costa Mesa yesterday. Stephen Christopher Anthony was on as Evan and a black girl named Maria Weiss understudied as Zoe. Every other tour principal was present. It was well worth the year long wait since I saw the Greatest Showman on New Years Day And it made me want to see DEH more. It made me hunt down almost every bit of hype on RUclips the show has been receiving in the last two years.
We all long to be found but as long as no one starts looking for us we can not be found. So maybe all of us should start to look out for the people around us. That's the only way we will be found.
