To whomever reads this You are loved by the person you don’t see. Do not give up for them but more importantly for you! You have touched hearts you have been admired and you are NOT alone 🥰 Talk.
I've felt isolated and alone for years, and I guess I only just realized that I'm not supposed to feel that way, and I've been on the verge of breaking down for weeks, but I can't. I just wish I could feel a connection with someone, someone who wouldn't judge me for my flaws, someone who would be patient with me and my shortcomings. I've never felt a connection like that, and I wish that I could. I barely feel human, and I can't even understand my own emotions anymore. Everything feels alien to me.
I didn’t even though this was a movie. I heard it at the end of an audition on America’s Got Talent. Had to check out the tune. Knowing nothing. I cried.
As someone who has struggled with mental illness for years and was often suicidal, this song means a lot to me. So many people feel that they are alone when they're struggling. I did too. But when I got the right help I could see things more clearly and realized that I was not alone. No matter how bad things seem they can get better. I hope this song can help those who still feel suicidal.
Feeling isolated and alone when surrounded by people that don't even acknowledge your existence, or worse yet, hate you simply for existing, is the worst feeling in the universe and scars you for life.
A good friend killed himself three days ago and we are all stunned and angry....I am begging anyone reading this who is struggling to get help...Stay. You are loved .
He's right, even though I feel alone I always think about this song. My anxiety triggers aloneness and as I always say there's always someone who's on the other side of a wall and just remember that you're never alone ❤

I cried when my school sang this to a whole bunch of students and I even had to walk outside bc it was so emotional. I haven't seen the film yet but so far by watching music videos, it looks terriific!
My 11yr old son graduated from 5th grade today, and his class sung this song, and I was crying so hard. I got home came to youtube to find the video and started crying all over again.
This is still and by far, my favorite version of this song ♥ I'm listening to this like, a lot, as a little reminder that I can also be that helping hand for others.
The only other film that made me cry was titanic. But when I saw this, I was destroyed by the end. I went through a crisis almost a year ago. I could barely eat or sleep. I was questioning everything. And when I tried this movie, it helped a lot. This song has truth to it, we’re not alone at all. Recommend for anyone who has been through hard times.

The lyrics to this song are so true. When the dark kwas crashing in for me and I was broken on the ground I was found by the best group of friends anyone could ask for. I am saved now and in a much better place because of them. They are now part of my family. I always think of them and tear up when I hear this song.
Im under the firm belief that depression can be one of the deadliest diseases out there. It’s practically incurable, undetectable, and completely immobilizing. It’s impossible to know who’s suffering unless they have the ability to speak up for themselves, and not many do. I hadn’t heard this song until I was through my roughest patch, but it helps me remind myself whenever I feel myself sinking again that I have so many people who love and care for me, even if it may not feel that way sometimes.
I like the way that after Evan got back up, he wasn’t nervous. After listening to this song made me forget that I was not alone in dark times. Because a couple years ago my brother had heart surgery so he was in the hospital for a week with my parents there with him and I was lost, broken, and was scared. So I listened to this song and got me through and helped me realize that everything was going to be okay and now my brother is doing good and I’m happy.
I struggled with life and as a 6ft plus ex navy rugby player i felt weak... Then once i tried to end my life in nov 2022 i realised that i wasnt done yet and i vould help people.. i cry listening to this song but i love that i help peeps xx

Even if you think you know whats going on you don't. So whoever reads this you are not alone. At some point in your life somone is going throught the same thing. I wish everyone the best and if you don't know who to go to then i am here but you have to talk to someone because if you don't it will get worse. Thank you and Amen 🙏 ❤❤

@@samhenley7156 I pray for your strength, health, happiness. You're not alone.
Everyday you felt like giving up, you made it through. Keep trying. ❤
I didn’t even though this was a movie.
I heard it at the end of an audition on America’s Got Talent. Had to check out the tune.
Knowing nothing. I cried.
This was definitely the best scene in the movie. It was one of the few that actually adapted well to film rather than stage.
Hugs
I hope you have a nice day today 💜
Feeling isolated and alone when surrounded by people that don't even acknowledge your existence, or worse yet, hate you simply for existing, is the worst feeling in the universe and scars you for life.
Worst feeling ever
A good friend killed himself three days ago and we are all stunned and angry....I am begging anyone reading this who is struggling to get help...Stay. You are loved .
This song is stunning, from its beautiful lyrics to his amazing voice. I feel like little 12-16 year old me needed to hear this song!
He's right, even though I feel alone I always think about this song. My anxiety triggers aloneness and as I always say there's always someone who's on the other side of a wall and just remember that you're never alone ❤
I just watch this movies , and my daughter said why i cry while listen to this song"" dear its just so beutiful and makes my heart so pain " but ending im smile cry coz im happy to know i found something thru this life.
The boy putting down the phone down to just listen makes my heart sink🥺
This movie makes me cry so hard every-time! I wish I could have seen the play when Ben Platt was still playing the role.
I love how they got everyone’s videos to turn into connors face, I’m not a huge fan of the movie but damn was this song really well done
One of the most powerful songs ever written from one of the best musicals ever. Movie version eh… I still liked it but nothing beats the original
I lot my little boy 5 years ago with cancer he was just 5 I wish some songs like this was around then xx
@@blessedANDunimpressed dude….. you could have put it a bit nicer. It just sounds a bit blunt. Read the room
@@DollCreate99 it was a bit rude.. I get a enough of that.. But never mind.. ×
I’m so sorry that happened :( must be tough losing such a young child.. I wish you the best
This song was so powerful. It brings me to tears each time I hear it.
the dad just breaking gets me EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.
I LOVE this movie .. love the music makes me cry everytime.. seen it about 12 times and seem to go back to it. Love Ben platt and Kaitlyn dever both.. Love the movie
I actually enjoyed this movie. Especially this musical number
My two favorite musicals, DEH and Hamilton are made by many of the same people and I just realized the connection beyond the people who made them: the unimaginable. Parents losing a child. 4:58
its just something about people uniting for one thing that makes me shed a tear
Crying and thinking about my boyfriend...he passed away from a seizure in his sleep back in September and Tuesday would have been his 28th birthday...some days im good and ok....😢then there are those dark miserable days...watching this helps me even through the tears and the bad days...love you Shane ❤ miss you something fierce baby ❤❤
I hope you have a nice day today 💜
Connor’s stepfather breaking down is something I will emerge not cry at. Just hits me too hard.
This was one of many moments that I cried throughout this movie ❤️
This is a must see for everyone. This movie is what's needed in this day in age.
The lyrics to this song are so true. When the dark kwas crashing in for me and I was broken on the ground I was found by the best group of friends anyone could ask for. I am saved now and in a much better place because of them. They are now part of my family. I always think of them and tear up when I hear this song.
I hope you have a nice day today 💜
This song. Is just. A beutiful piece of art, explaining that someone is always there with you. It is a amazing example of reality❤😢
This song literally made me cry. I actually cried after hearing this beautiful song! :’)
I hope you have a nice day today 💜
Don't care how old this movie is its saved my life and my therapist wants to watch it
This is such a beautiful song. Every time a watch it I get teary eyed. But it is true. We are not alone.
Not me crying just as Ben started singing
Just finnished watching it This broke me down so hard. it shows that no one is alone and that you should never pressure someone or bully somone because you don't know what they are going throught at all.
Trying to learn this on my piano!! Not to hard but every-time I do I break down in tears!!
この映画を見てからずっとこの動画を見てます。
始まりから終わりまで、ずっと涙が止まらなかった。
すごく感動した。
The actor that plays the dad plays a man like that perfectly. The pain behind the stoic face and the literal staggering from the sheer effort it takes to not break down is so real. Every man knows that feeling and it hurts a lot seeing it here
