My favorite thing about Sean is he knows how to get the guest back on track without being rude. When Jeffery starts rambling on about past Hot Ones episodes and Sean just slowly grabs the next wing and starts eating it to bring him back to reality had me dying.
Sean always asks the BEST questions and you can tell the celebrities really respect him for it. Genuine cool conversations over wings, not just personal, prodding questions.

I feel like Sean doesn’t even need to try to get people on the show anymore. The guests look genuinely happy to be there and always look pleasantly surprised when he asks questions that resonate with them.

A little bit off topic but I would just like to say that the reason this show is so successful is because Sean doesn’t act like a dick and ask guests personal embarrassing questions. He highlights their achievements.
Exactly! Instead of digging into their "dirt" he digs into their history. He asks interesting questions about more obscure things in their life and career instead of just the basic questions they get asked every interview. You can see a lot of them are surprised about what he asks and most seem very excited to talk about different topics then the same things they have to always answer.

I think he must have or had a bad agent because he was in a lot of terrible movies before he landed TWD, and with TWD he finally got the recognition he deserved considering how long he has been acting, but at the same time now he will always be remembered as Negan, so the gig was probably only partially a blessing.

Definitely! When watching the Walking Dead I thought to myself, is Negan really a bad guy? I mean, technically everyone has killed someone and they are all trying to survive a zombie apocalypse. Funny thing, this show introduce me to topics like war theory and psychology. Weird how a fascinating villain like Negan can make you learn new things.
He's more of an anti-hero now in the show
