He’s a great interviewer...keep a straight face 97% of the time
That doesn't make a great interviewer. It's exactly the opposite. Think of Conan or Jimmy Fallon. They talk like real people and express emotion and have fun and make their guests feel like they are talking to a person not a robot. I don't think Sean has any malicious intent but he doesn't communicate his emotions very well and is very scripted on what he says which makes him robotic. I understand why Kevin wasn't looking him in the eyes are talking to him very much because it would make me uncomfortable speaking to someone as emotionless and nonblinking as Sean. Kevin was getting way more laughs and emotions from the crew than he was from Sean, so of course he would talk to the crew more.
