Today will make the most requested Recipe, Vattayappam. We already uploaded Vattayappam with Jaggery. Here will go with Sugar.. Enjoy the taste.. !
Ingredients
Raw Rice - 1 Cup
Coconut Milk - 1 1/4 Cup
Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
Cooked Rice - 1/2 Cup
Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 Tsp
Instant yeast - 1/2 Tsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp

hello mam can we use dry raw rice powder
which is not fried for making this receipe
it is soaked for 2 hrs and grinded

Chechy, I just want to tell You- this Vettayappam can be made in ordinary Idly pan as we make Idly. And after pouring in the idly pan you can add grated coconut which will give more taste to the Vettayappam.
