You are awesome. I just started doing 4 rows at a time on a blanket im working on that has been in my W.I.P. stash forever. It's making the foundation mesh go so quickly. ❤❤❤
Thankyou so much. I watched both ur videos abt crocheting two rows together n this one too. It really helps me save time and create better things. I like this video alooot cuz the prob with me was tht i always give up while knitting and crocheting, but, this trick has caught me! It's so nice i just dunno how to appreciate it 😊❤
@@TuulaMaaria thank you for your quick response. I have another question: if you are making a skirt, for instance, how do you attach to the beginning meshes?
Thank you so much Tuula! I am very greatful you wanted to do this on my request. 😍🌞 Also I am thinking, if made with for example a tunisian hook, it is probably possible to do four or five (perhaps more) comfortably, meaning if we want to make a quick band (I want this, therefore my request) it will go very quickly, only working one way and until it is wide enough, making it very easy also to adjust instead of making a starting chain. Thank you, once again!
It was a great idea, this video has got to 1000 views quicker than my videos normally do 💚 You are right, the same technique will work for any number of rows, just need to add 2 or 3 stitches each time for the turning chain. While I was making this, I thought how quick it would be to make coaters this was, just calculating with the first one how many stitches you need to make it square and big enough with just one row! I only realised you are the same person who just mentioned you had joined Pam's challenge! It will be a great week I'm sure.
@@TuulaMaaria yes I am very excited! And thank you, the idea came from someone else in your comments that wrote they made several more rows at a time using your technique, and I was wondering how. Yes it got many views already! I am so glad for you.
Very helpful and easy tutorial to follow. Do you mind making a video on how to increase and decrease stitches with this technique? If that’s possible. Thank you.
So i was trying to find a tutorial or just a hint of how to make a mesh top for summer bc i have no clothes for summer and then i found the two row video and was like "what" but there was this video near it and i was like WHATT
Im crocheting a mesh top right now and i came upon ur video. Its so helpful!!! Iwas wondering how to increase the amount of chains between each mesh box so it would be 3ch dc 3ch dc like the way I'm making my top is chaining 3 between each double crochet.. i would appreciate the help!
If you have 2 chains in between, you need to add yarnovers so that the stitches that go sideways are a bit longer. One extra yarnover each at that spot.
I have done this in the round when working with 2 rows at the same time, this video shows it ruclips.net/video/lEXDgKoxFHY/видео.html The same techniques should work when doing 3 rows at the same time but I haven't had time to check it out yet.
Yes, it is possible. I have done the 2 rows at the same time in the round here in this tote bag ruclips.net/video/lEXDgKoxFHY/видео.html This can be applied to a 3-row mesg as well.
No, I think it could be ok if used to long Tunisian hooks. I should try that, i mainly do Tunisian in the round with a double-ended hook but I do have long ones somewhere!
Can we make it staggered or something which is more close and not so much gap? I know the video is about mesh but if we can make stitches without a gap then it will make panels very fast.
Yes, it doesn't need to be mesh at all, you can leave out the chain in between and have less yarnovers so it's just 3 rown of double crochets at the same time. I don't have a video about that but I have this about doing 2 rows at the same time: ruclips.net/video/K3R56Y1Xvj8/видео.html
You need to attach the stitch to the start during the last stitch. I don't have it on a video for the 3 rows but this shows it when you join 2-row mesh in the round, the idea is the same. ruclips.net/video/lEXDgKoxFHY/видео.htmlsi=GPGNoxGT8I0NeLBi&t=1183
You can do any number of rows that fit on your hook by adding more chains when you start and repeating what there is for each "row" in this one. I'm plannng a video soon to show that.
Yes, towards the end of my recent video about multiple rows at one go I'm explaining how you change the yarnovers and chains to have wider net. ruclips.net/video/BkhDAvZ-1IM/видео.html

Thank you, it saved me lots of time!
Could it be done with triple crochet? I tried but it didnt go as planned
It saves a lot of time!!!!
Yes, less turning and starting a new stitch!

Wonderful! Yes, you can do as many rows at the same time as fits on the hook! Happy crocheting 😊
Plsss explain how you did 4 rows 😭💗
You are the best. Your channel is my "crochet dictionary". 👍👍👍👍
Thank you, that sounds great! 💜
Thank you, that's perfect! I'm often making meshes for carpets, and this method will fasten the progress.

you're A GENIUS!! ❤❤
Thanks for your tutorial, but I will like to know how to do it with 2 chains of separation in between, please let me know thanks
If you have 2 chains in between, you need to add yarnovers so that the stitches that go sideways are a bit longer. One extra yarnover each at that spot.
Would it be possible to complete this technique when working in rounds ?
I have done this in the round when working with 2 rows at the same time, this video shows it ruclips.net/video/lEXDgKoxFHY/видео.html The same techniques should work when doing 3 rows at the same time but I haven't had time to check it out yet.
Thank you so much.
Can you stitch five rows at once it's my challenge of its done then do 7 rows and 9 rows
Yes, I have seen someone using this tip on a long Tunisian crochet, with probably at least 20 rows at once.
I was wondering the same thing! 😄❤️
Would you do it the same way if you want it solid? Just go into the next stitch instead of skipping two?
Thank you so much, it's a great tip! Could you explain please, how to reduce rows if V-neck is needed?
I think to get a V-neck I would switch to crocheting one row at a time. It would be too complicated to do this so that it would get reduced evenly.
This is so cool, thank you! ❤❤❤❤❤
Ingenious! Thank you
So clever!!!!
Is there a way to make the squares bigger? And still use this technique?
You could have more chains and more yarnovers, then they would be bigger. I haven't tried but it should work!
This is magic
You're amazing!
Love this!❤
This is amazing!!!
Is there a way to make the stitch bigger??...
Much love🇿🇦❤️❤️
Not sure what way bigger?
I think they mean doing it with trebles (us term). In my mind itt would be possible adding a yo and adjusting to turning chain count
@@armyn793 Oh right, I see! Yes could use trebles too, I haven't tried but would just need to try out how many yarnovers you would then need.
@@TuulaMaaria I tried last night and just needed 1 extra yarn over and 2 more turn chains 😁
Amazing!
Is it possible to do this in the round. I use mesh stitch to make water bottle holders.
Yes, it is possible. I have done the 2 rows at the same time in the round here in this tote bag ruclips.net/video/lEXDgKoxFHY/видео.html This can be applied to a 3-row mesg as well.
Thank you. I will watch that video.

Yes, certainly, anything that can be a net!
Amazing. Thank you
Thank you so much ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Very neat ❤🎉
With a Tunisian hook, could you do say, 20 high? Would get messy and confusing maybe
No, I think it could be ok if used to long Tunisian hooks. I should try that, i mainly do Tunisian in the round with a double-ended hook but I do have long ones somewhere!
Looks like we can go up to 10 rows ❤
Yes, can crochet very high rows, especially if we use a Tunisian long hook!

Plz explain how to lock it to make it as a sleeve
Sorry, I don't understand the question.
@@TuulaMaariai think he meant to say how do you close your panel do you sew it ? Do you crochet it ? To make à sleeve
Start with equal number of chain or odd number?
I never think of that, if there are too many chains I just pick the extra ones out!
How would you make the squares bigger?
You can make them bigger by adding chains and yarnovers. Would take some testing to see how many to add.
Gosh your talented🧶🧶🧶
Oh! Thank you! 😊
Please how do you crochet the 3 rows at the same time but with chain 2 not a chain 1
You need to add one yarnover so that you get a longer stitch each time the stitch is going sideways.
WOW!!!
Wow!!
Thanks so much definitely a great tutorial!!! ❤ How do I join it though, as in making a skirt or sleeve? 😅
