    This has bothered me from day one, at the 13:08 mark you see this poor elderly citizen, who is doing nothing, but observing from the side, attacked by an officer. District Attorney’s Office was contacted for over a year about pressing charges against a police officer, and they refused to press charges.

    "Did they give him a warning before... or just make contact" dude can't even say the words smh. it doesn't matter if they gave him a verbal warning he's clearly an old feeble man not involved with the protest, and you can see they pushed him over because he wasn't moving fast enough for their liking, which makes sense that he wasn't walking as fast as them because he has a fucking cane. This is incredible police apologia

    I was there, it was not a riot, most of the vandalism and smashing was done by a handful of people
