I would like to see a batman villain entitled 'The Batter Man' not because of the bat theme, but because he carries a large NBL baseball bat. His back story would be rather simple actually, such that he is a fictitious well known pro baseball ballplayer who gets struck by lightning during a major championship game with the irony being it was on a perfectly sunny day just as he knocks the ball out of the stadium. He is immediately rushed to the hospital where they have to surgically remove the infused baseball bat from his hand due to the high voltage forcing him to clinch the aluminum bat so tight, that his hand is utterly unrecognizable. After a successful surgery and unhuman-like healing, he is literally unscathed yet he now possesses the Ninja-like fighting ability combined with athletic agility while wilding his gameday aluminum bat as his primary weapon of choice. The comic book title would read 'Batman Goes Pro Against an NBL Legend...Which Of Them Preval as The Better (Batter) Man?' :-)

as long as the Punisher does not use Wayne tech it should be a fair fight, at least till the Grim uses poison, drones, AI controlled vehicles, Jokerized people such as robins,etc. this version of Bats used Wayne tech to not only find out all of the Commissioner's men's names and family, but also to plant bombs in their equipment that he used to kill them in his encounter with his version of the Commissioner when Jim thought he had him cornered.
