I worked with Lou Gossett on a 1990's TV movie called "Flashfire", costarring Billy Zane. The movie sucked the absolute root, but both Zane and Gossett were a pleasure and a joy to work with. I never had the opportunity to work with either of them again, but I never heard a bad thing about them.

My daddy’s Alzheimer’s journey ended at age 88 on March 17😢.I had the privilege and honor to be his full time caregiver for his last 7 years. I am relieved that he no longer has to suffer the indignities of dementia 😔. 11:32

He loved going out and picking fresh veggies, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions and squash. Last Summer his Alzheimer’s had robbed his memory of how to even plant the vegetables. I planted and he “ cultivated “the plants, which ended up with him hoeing them right out of the ground. I waited until he was in bed and I’d go pull the dirt off the plants and replant them. We enjoyed watching westerns, especially Bonanza, and rodeos and travelogues of Wyoming because from 13-16 he worked on ranches and rode in rodeos. Many precious memories to comfort me🥹
Barbara Rush also portrayed the enchanting character of Elizabeth Knight on television's Knight Rider in 1982/1983, in the two part episode entitled Goliath, alongside her villainous son, Garth Knight.
Blamed it on a brain tumor, but his wife divorced him with a quickness. He took a great and talented man using the gun his son bought at the house his son owned. I still remember what I was doing when I heard it happened

One of my neighbors in harlem passed at 114 in 2019. She was a very nice lady. Outlived her son, her granddaughter and 2 great grandsons.

Dying from complications from aphasia scared me, I didn't know that was possible.
You can't from aphasia itself but you can from the cause of the aphasia which could be a stroke or a brain injury.
Most likely from brain injury.
