This first time I tried this it worked great. The next time I tried it, it kept going to weird spot and cutting. I've re-zeroed everything, not sure what else to check. I made a new file with just a small piece selected and that works fine. Thanks!

Which axis is causing the problem? It's hard to tell but is it possible that it lost position before you tried restarting, so that it's not actually where it thinks it is when it tries to start again?

How do you know it break at line 492 ? thanks
instead of going to the line my machine started slamming itself into the stops thus ruining its position
