Seems we got lost in the "header build off" and are doing exhaust systems and cooling systems, heat shielding and so on. You won the "build off" that ended an episode or so ago...Great job!
That looks awesome. I wish I had your welding skills because your welds are fantastic. The stainless and V bands look really good under that 2002. I know that things going to sound great. That header is art...
Love your build and the way you weld all those parts. But see some problems. I worked as stainless steel exhaust builder. Why those 2 bends after the collector? coudn't you bring the collector at a higer point? The flexible is way to far to the back, better was 2 smaller flex in the front pipe. The exhaust will expand with 2-3cm, i see some clearance issues That exhaust hangers are designed the wrong way, when is expand, it can flip out. and better 2 dampers, otherwise it will sound like a honda. But love your video i liked it.
don't weld the rods straight onto the pipe. it'll rust, stainless or not. you know absolutely well that the rods go on the edges of the mufflers or flexpipes.
Ace Futura the mufflers/flex will have the same effect. The argument for welding to muffler ends is simply strength but seeing as his hangers are curved around the pipe underneath, it's not an issue
The amount of thought and craftsmanship in this series is really mind blowing and awesome to see!

Definitely need a follow up video showing how it sounds
No Soundcheck? :(
Marcel Pursche Right?
Cool series, looks very good. Can't wait to hear it (although it will be far from real life of course).
lol that opening, Aaron. Rock & Roll, man!

lets just finish up the exhaust on a 6 part series but add no sound clip...wtf....
How many hours do you have invested in this exhaust system? Looks great!
Keith Brettell ..... I'm interested as well. I just finished the downpipe and mid-pipe on Supra and I have 40hrs or so in that
How many hours into making the full exhaust
Damn it you didn't do a sound test
That intro tho!
The exhaust is worth more than the whole car
Eric Sageser ......pffft go find a BMW 2002 as clean as that and find out much one is
Builds custom exhaust, doesn't video the actual sound. You had one job man..... lol
sound??
Makes us watch 6 parts and doesn’t have a sound clip wooow that’s like eating food with no taste buds

You can weld straight to the pipe as long as there's enough load distribution.
Boooooo! No clips of the car running? Wth guys.
