I bought my ECM Syncronika espresso machine a year ago and had multiple issues with it since - a couple of leaks and a crack in one of the boilers. Not what you expect from such an expensive coffee machine! All issues were covered under the warranty, but here we come to "Whole Latte Love" terrible service model where they make a customer to pay for: 1. a plumber to disconnect the appliance from water supply. 2. an electrician to disconnect the power cord from the machine. 3. packing and shipping to them. 4. fully insuring the machine.
We are talking about 80 pound appliance! No other company would ask you to ship an appliance back to them to fix it, they would send a repair technician to your home instead. Not "Whole Latte Love". On top of it they make a customer responsible for any damages during the shipping, which is likely to happen when you ship something so heavy.
Do you want to buy something from the company with this type of "warranty service" which will cost you hundreds of dollars?
Even when they shipped a part which needed replacement under the warranty they charged me for the shipping.
There are other companies selling similar items who know how to provide much better customer service, buy from them and AVOID "Whole Latte Love"
