One of my favorite snacks is a serving size of lowfat cottage cheese, a few pieces of pineapple chunks and a serving size of lightly salted almonds.
I made the mistake of buying a big Costco bag of chia seeds because ✨fiber✨, but the texture of chia pudding makes me gag and now I’m just trying to pulverize them in smoothies that I can gulp down.
Another example of force feeding myself “healthy” things that I actually hate and make my relationship with food worse. 🙄 maybe I need to find someone else to give them to instead…
Chia seeds are one of many great fiber sources! If you don't like them, no need to choke them down 😊
I like to incorporate my chia seeds into my yogurt, berries and some granola for breakfast.
@@kcup5705 okay I think I’ll try it with granola and yogurt instead of soaking it in liquid first.
