I used to as well but how does it make sense to say murder is wrong and then put someone to death? Aren't we then also murderers?

@@SC-pe9ir Well let me ask you this, is homicide wrong? The answer is: it depends. Do you want to allow hardworking taxpaying dollars to keep Mr. Richard Davis Allen alive like what Sacramento is doing, as the victims and their families keep grieving for many years and decades? That is injustice right there. Their family suffered enough, it is like you are allowing the condemned person to win everyday.

I've always been very SUSPICIOUS of this case from the beginning.
I'm not convinced that Richard Allen Davis acted alone.
HOW, I keep asking myself, DID HE KNOW which house, what address, which room to go to, when there's 50 houses on the block that all look alike!
AND on the very night of the sleep-over
Then when he gets to the bedroom, he asks the girls, WHICH ONE OF YOU LIVES HERE"?
Why would that matter to a sex offender?
He had 5 girls to choose from, why would he ask such a pointed question?
If he was there just to get "a girl," why didn't he snatch the first one he could grab and run?
Because, in my opinion, HE WAS SENT THERE TO GET "POLLY!"
I THINK he had "INSIDE INFORMATION" about Polly
    and the sleep-over that night.
Now. Who would have given him the information AND WHY?
Richard Allen Davis said something VERY TELLING during his trial,
he said, "When he had Polly alone in his possession, SHE SAID TO HIM,
YOU'RE NOT GOING TO DO TO ME WHAT MY FATHER DOES, ARE YOU!"
Now, I'm not giving much credibility to a child molester,
but what he said Polly said to him,
    I BELIEVE IT!
And you pick the story up from here.

Very telling, I have never heard those facts, I was in southern part of the state listening to John and Ken from KFI 640 AM radio, they were the ones who got behind this case and used for the 3 strikes law.
I also remember when Richard Allen Davis flipped someone off, there was political cartoonist that drew a picture of the grim reaper flipping R. A. Davis back.

Richard Allen Davis hears voices in his head. He still hears Polly voice calling for him to this day, the man is delusional. The reason he picked Polly was because she came with the house and this was a very NICE house he wanted. Killing and torturing Polly was his way of control and satisfaction. Because she is gone he now inherited the home. Delusional men pretty much live this way for eternity. When they reach their golden years, in his late 80s or 90s he will be released back into society.
