I believe the Illusionist in the original game was able to invert your controls so i wonder if that is coming back or how AH will implement that feature.
I’m hoping they implement a hallucination feature where you’re forced to fight off enemies that only you can see. This way the illusionist can utilize the greatest threat to a helldiver; other helldivers.
is there a known reason for why the overseers look so different from the leaked illuminate? the design and mainly the fact that they have 2 arms? is it a redesign or another reason?

The squids are an even bigger disappointment than I thought they'd be after the game got gutted. Shame too because I was really looking forward to them at launch.

A large portion of the units were redesigned, but we may see some return in some way
@ wait how do you know they were redesigned tho? Other than ofc The 3 units we have in-game, is there any mention of the rest being redesigned aswell?
@Gmh- Some older units have some texture changes in the files to fit the redesign a bit better.
The Cultists will have a darker vibe to them
