Hey Danica, the best way to clean the wand is wiping it with a damp clean cloth after every use and this will clean off most if not all the milk if cleaned vigorously. Saying that a milk frother cleaning products are easy to find and best as they won't affect the flavour or operation of your machine. I use a brand called Cafetto but any brand can work.

Hi Steve,
Just to clarify are you referring to the water filter in the tank? if so I would only remove the filter when descaling the machine.

@@isaacpetrovansky4235 yes the one in the tank ,just remove that when descaling and it’s ok to leave in when doing other cleans like with back flush process with half teaspoon of the sachet stuff ?

Hey @@stevewalker44 yes you can leave that in there with no worries as the backflush cycle does not effect that filter
